Travis Kelce has been fined for taunting by the NFL after starting the brawl in the end zone between the Chiefs and Bills where he get headbutted.
Kelce followed Patrick Mahomes into the end zone and celebrated his quarterback’s touchdown by jawing at Bills safeties Damar Hamlin and Cole Bishop.
A minor brawl broke out and Bills defensive tackle Jordan Phillips barged in and headbutted Kelce.
The Chiefs tight end was fined $11,255 for the incident, his second fine in recent weeks after the NFL also sanctioned him for his celebration when he scored a touchdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Phillips, meanwhile, was fined $6,277 for the incident, as well as his team being hit with a 15-yard penalty for his headbutt during the game itself.
Kelce was not sanctioned for his conduct in that moment during the game itself at Arrowhead Stadium, which the Chiefs won 32-29 to advance to next week’s Super Bowl in New Orleans against Philadelphia Eagles.

Kelce’s TD in the Christmas Day game against the Steelers saw him eclipse Tony Gonzalez as the all-time touchdown scorer for the Chiefs with a tally of 77.
He celebrated the milestone by dunking the ball through the uprights like Gonzalez was known for.
Kelce was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct and fined $14k by the NFL for his troubles.
But now, Kelce’s attention is on leading the Chiefs into the history books in next weekend’s Super Bowl.
His team can become the first in the Super Bowl era to win three straight titles with a victory over the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans next Sunday.
