A host of MAGA celebrities shared their delight online after President Trump was sworn in for his second term.

A-listers and political heavyweights attended numerous balls in Washington DC, while other MAGA supporters who never made the guests list shared their delight from home.

President Trump was surrounded by tech titans and media moguls as he was formally made the 47th President of the United States.

Other well known figures that made it inside the Capitol Rotunda included podcaster Joe Rogan, media mogul Rupert Murdoch and other dignitaries.

Celebrities outside of the rotunda meanwhile shared their glee at him being handed the reins of the country.

This included the likes of Vince Vaughn, who was spotted in DC on Monday, and Kim Kardashian who shared a cryptic post to her social media.

James Woods

Actor James Woods shared a picture of Trump during his inauguration ceremony to his X profile.

The 77-year-old said: ‘We are literally bringing our beloved nation out of the Dark Ages of the last fours years.

‘As our beloved new President enumerates the renovation plans for our nation, only then is it possible to see the decline we have suffered.’

Rob Schneider

Comedian and actor Rob Schneider had been in Washington DC on Monday for the inauguration ceremony.

He shared posts of him watching the ceremony, writing: ‘Let’s ALL root for America! TOGETHER we can accomplish ANYTHING and TOGETHER there is NOTHING that can HOLD US BACK! The USA IS BACK!!’

Schneider then later shared a video of himself celebrating alongside other MAGA supporters inside the Capital One Arena in DC.

In his clip, the Trump family can be seen standing before the crowd alongside Vice President JD Vance as bands play for their arrival.

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian made a political statement by sharing a photo of Melania Trump during Donald Trump’s Presidential Inauguration on Monday.

The reality star, 44, posted a snap of new First Lady Melania in a chic black suit and hat to her Instagram story –  leading to a wave of social media reaction.

Kardashian has never spoken publicly about who she endorsed in the 2024 Presidential election, in which Trump triumphed over Democrat candidate Kamala Harris.

However, she has aligned herself with Trump supporter and Department of Government Efficiency head Elon Musk, and has a close friendship with Trump’s daughter Ivanka.

Russell Brand

Controversial comic turned Christian Russell Brand was in DC for the inauguration, and spoke at a ‘MAHA’ ball to celebrate RFK Jr.

Prior to his speech, the known Trump supporter had shared a video of him interacting with soldiers stationed in DC.

He posted clips of Trump being sworn also, adding: ‘Trump takes the oath! Ladies and gentlemen, it’s official.’

Vince Vaughn

Actor and comedian Vince Vaughn was snapped in a tuxedo as he attended the Starlight Ball in Washington on Monday night.

The self-identified Libertarian posed for pics with fans as the celebrations continued in to the night.

He had previously had to defend himself after shaking hands with Trump and having a conversation with him.

The 50-year-old Wedding Crashers star claimed he had ‘always been cordial to’ multiple politicians in the past, even figures on the left.

The two talked briefly before the actor shook Trump’s hand, and then he waved at some of the president’s entourage as he stood up to leave.

Mike Tyson

Footage emerged on Monday evening showing Mike Tyson being hoisted in the air by his enemy in the ring Jake Paul.

The former heavyweight champion was seen getting on his former rival’s shoulders as onlookers chanted words of encouragement.

Paul, 27, lifted the 58-year-old relatively easily as Iron Mike shouted in excitement. Both men were dressed in slick tuxedos for the black-tie event.

Paul, the influencer-turned-boxer who endorsed Trump days before the election, captioned the post ‘best friends’ and tagged Tyson.

Tyson didn’t formally endorse the president this time around, but the former heavyweight champion has said complimentary things about Trump over the last three decades.

Their relationship dates back to the 1980s, when Trump hosted some of Tyson’s fights in the gambling town of Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Candace Bure

Full House star Candace Bure had shared a litany of posts to her Instagram profile as Trump was sworn in.

Earlier in the morning she had posted: ‘Happy Inauguration Day’, alongside pictures of President Trump and First Lady Melania.

She also shared other images of Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha, as well as a video of Carrie Underwood’s performance.

In another post she had described it as being an ‘exciting day’.

Dean Cain

Superman actor Dean Cain, 58, was in the capital on Monday and shared a picture of him near the White House to his social media.

He told GB News: ‘I would call Trump the real Superman, I am very excited for today. I just think its a whole new dawn.

‘They will lead in a different way than the prior administration, look no further than the pardons today. It looks so corrupt.’

Cain said he had been in the city to host the parade following the ceremony but it had to be cancelled due to the freezing temperatures.

Elsewhere in Washington D.C., other MAGA celebrities were seen celebrating at the three official inaugural parties, including the Commander in Chief Ball, the Liberty Ball, and the Starlight Ball.

Pete Hegseth, Trump’s nominee to lead the Department of Defense, was seen laughing at the Commander in Chief Ball.

Kid Rock, who performed Sunday night at Trump’s pre-inauguration rally, was photographed taking selfies with fans, throwing back a drink or two and smoking a cigar.

The country music star, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, recently said more celebrities than ever are comfortable publicly showing support for Trump now that there’s been a ‘change in the air.’

Hulk Hogan appeared with Jesse Watters during the Fox News anchor’s coverage of the Liberty Ball. The former WWE wrestler was giddy over Trump’s win and proceeded to rip his shirt off before pretending to wrestle Watters live on air.

Other famous faces seen throughout Inauguration Day included podcaster Theo Von, Logan Paul, and Conor McGregor.
