‘All our thoughts and prayers are with those battling the devastating fires and with all who have been affected.’

Chelsea Handler is hosting the awards show for the third consecutive year, with Wicked, Conclave and Shogun leading the nominees.

The annual BAFTA Tea Party scheduled for Saturday in Beverly Hills was canceled, and the AFI Awards postponed.

LA’s fire chief said on Wednesday morning that the fires have left at least two dead, as well as many ‘significant injuries.’

The Palisades Fire broke out on Tuesday morning amid high winds in a region that hasn’t seen significant rainfall in more than six months.

Over 30,000 people have been evacuated, often leaving with just their pets and the shirts on their backs.

Sunset Boulevard in the Palisades was packed with abandoned luxury cars as residents left their vehicles to flee on foot.

Blocks of expensive homes were reduced to rubble as the fires advanced at the rate of three football field lengths per minute.

A stretch of homes on the beach along Pacific Coast Highway have been burned to the ground.

The fire reached the Getty Villa but officials from the museum assured the public that all of the art and artifacts are safe.

The Palisades fire is not the only fire raging in Los Angeles. The Eaton fire in the Pasadena area has claimed two lives and caused the evacuation of a senior center.

Adam Brody and Leighton Meester’s home was destroyed in the blaze and Anna Faris has also lost her mansion during the devastating fire.

Shriver, 69, asked her followers to send their ‘prayers to Los Angeles,’ where ‘30,000 people have been ordered to evacuate as wildfires burn out of control.’

‘Almost 1200 acres of land are on fire, with gusts of wind that could reach up to 100 m.p.h., threatening even more damage, forcing more people from their homes, and causing destruction. It’s moments like this that make us recognize what truly matters — that things are only things,’ she stated. ‘Please pay attention if you are asked to evacuate.’
