‘I have lost almost 30lbs since filming the show, and since then I have been working on becoming the best version of myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually,’ she wrote.

‘I have struggled with body image the majority of my life, but I am finally in a place where I have a great relationship with food & working out,’ Sierra continued. ‘I now love and accept myself just how I am, whether I’m heavier or skinnier, because at the end of the day as long as I am healthy and happy that’s all that matters.’
The star wrapped up her post with a heartfelt call for self-compassion: ‘We should stop being so hard on ourselves & each other, especially as women, because we are more than just our body and all bodies are beautiful.’
