The famed singer can be seen in character at the beginning of the trailer wearing a modest hotel uniform.

She is also seen in a more glamorous outfit later in the preview, which is more in line with her familiar K-pop image.

The third season of the hit series was filmed on location in Lisa’s home country of Thailand and follows a group of high-flying tourists who are out to enjoy a stay at the exotic White Lotus hotel.

Based on the trailer, fans can expect plenty of intrigue as the characters try to connect with a new ‘spirituality and wellness’.

Few plot details are revealed in the preview, but at one point, a narrator suggests that the characters may be in for a rough ride.

‘Everyone runs from pain towards pleasure but when they get there only to find more pain,’ the voice says.

Elsewhere in the video, a gun is flashed on screen followed by steamy scenes of characters falling into bed.

Long time fans of the show will be delighted to see the return of Natasha Rothwell as spa manager Belinda Lindsey.
