Nicole Kidman showed off her chic sense of style as she stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday to promote her upcoming movie Babygirl.
The 57-year-old actress put on an elegant display in a tweed matching set featuring a slightly oversize blazer with concealed buttons and fitted trousers.
While arriving at The Grove for a private screening of her steamy, new flick, she got out of her car and strutted in wearing a pair of tall, black pumps.
She sported a cream-colored turtleneck that peeked out from underneath her blazer jacket.
Her modest and prudent outfit was a direct juxtaposition to her forthcoming film Babygirl — which is set for a theatrical release on Christmas Day, December 25.
Ahead of their promo tour, Kidman previously spoke about how she loves being seen as a ‘sexual’ person at age 57 and opened up about shooting steamy sex scenes in the erotic thriller with her younger costar, Harris Dickinson, 28.

For the special screening, Kidman had an afterglow and looked radiant in light, dewy makeup with rosy pink touches.
Her strawberry blonde tresses were left down in perfectly tousled beach waves, which cascaded around her shoulders and bounced as she headed into the theater for the event.

Nicole Kidman reveals she likes being seen as a 'sexual being' at 57 after filming Babygirl
Babygirl, which is directed by Halina Reijn and distributed by A24, follows the story of a high-powered CEO who puts her career and family on the line when she begins a raunchy affair with a much younger intern.
In October, Kidman previously admitted that she had to pause shooting the intense sex scenes at one point during filming after experiencing ‘burn out’ from having too many orgasms.
‘There was an enormous amount of sharing and trust and then frustration. It’s like, “Don’t touch me.”
‘There were times when we were shooting where I was like, “I don’t want to orgasm any more. Don’t come near me. I hate doing this.”
‘I don’t care if I am never touched again in my life! I’m over it. It was so present all the time for me that it was almost like a burnout,’ she said in an interview with The Sun.
Back in November, Kidman spoke about playing such a sexual role in the erotic thriller and insisted she was not fazed at all.
The night prior, Kidman wowed on the red carpet in a floral gown with her hunky co-star Harris Dickinson, 28, who plays her love interest in Babygirl
She made an appearance on the Graham Norton Show and was joined by Wicked star Cynthia Erivo, actor James Norton, comedian Chris McCausland and singer Benson Boone on the famous red sofa.
She described the movie as ‘weird, but in a good way.’
The Moulin Rouge star also explained that she was ‘attracted’ to the film because of ‘the voice of the female.’
‘A lot of films in this genre we saw in the 90s came from the male view, but this is twisted around and told through the lens of a woman,’ she said.
When the talk show host Norton asked her if she was hesitant about filming so many steamy scenes, she said she was only ever excited and wanted to go beyond her ‘comfort zone.’
In response, she answered: ‘Not at all. I loved the script, I love supporting women in the industry and it was just really good.’
Kidman added: ‘It is exciting and bold, and I am always looking to push out of my comfort zone.’

When she first red the script, she said she was immediately intrigued.
‘I read the script and I thought it was so funny. But I also was turned on by it. I was also sort of hypnotized.’
She said she wanted to work on the project because it was ‘an area [she’d] never been’ before career-wise.
‘I’ve always been on a quest as an actor, I’m always going, “Where have I not been? And what can I explore as a human being? And this was an area I’d never been.’
