Mark ‘MG’ Geyer has been sensationally sacked by Triple M according to the Daily Telegraph.
The NSW State of Origin legend and breakfast show co-host was reportedly given the news by his ‘Melbourne boss’ who travelled to Sydney to deliver it in person.
Geyer was missing from this morning’s show, and his co-hosts Mick Molloy, Cat Lynch and Natarsha Belling made no mention of his absence.
Southern Cross Austereo announced two weeks ago that Molloy would be returning to Melbourne to host that city’s breakfast show in 2025.
However plans for Geyer, 56, have not been announced by the network.
Daily Mail have reached out to Southern Cross Austereo for comment.
