Francesca Packer has listed the Sydney apartment she bought just four years ago according to a new report.

The billionaire heiress is ‘quietly’ offloading the home for a whopping $35million, the Daily Telegraph reported on Saturday.

She paid $16.75million for the penthouse property back in 2019 so stands to make a tidy profit.

Covering an entire floor, the apartment in the ‘Horizons’ block, designed by famed n-Austrian architect Harry Seidler, features five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms.

It boasts extravagant views of the harbour and luxurious fittings, including Cote D’Azure marble and designer lighting.

The selling point of the penthouse is undoubtedly its balcony, offering 360 degree views of Sydney Harbour.

Luxurious interior design details feature in the private lobby, and continue on in the level 40 penthouse, with marble sourced from Brazil, French Oak herringbone parquetry, bespoke lighting, and brass and leather accents.

There is a wine room and a ‘wet bar’ for serving drinks, while the apartment building also contains a pool, tennis court, gym, barbecue area and landscaped gardens.

The Wentworth Courier understands Francesca purchased the penthouse after an auction on Saturday, where two interested parties failed to bid.

That same year, Francesca, who studied at the Inchbald School of Design in London, spoke to The Daily Telegraph about following in her mother Gretel’s footsteps in her interior design career.

‘Design is really fun. It is something I always had an interest in that has grown recently,’ she said.

‘My mum used to do interior design with one of my godmothers (Adelaide Bragg), and between the two of them they used to have a design company together,’ she added, referring to their firm Barham and Bragg Design.

Francesca also credited her mother and grandmother Roslyn Packer for her work ethic.

‘They are amazing; it is not so much for me that they are strong, independent women, but strong, independent people,’ she said.
