Fantastic Four star Ioan Gruffudd is blasting ex-wife Alice Evans for allegedly violating a restraining order by continuing to make ‘harassing and abusive’ social media posts about him and his new love, fiancé Bianca Wallace.

Earlier this month, Evans, 56, admitted that she had posted ‘mean’ messages about the couple in the past but denied that she’s still doing it, claiming, ‘I have not engaged in that conduct for years.’

But in new Los Angeles Superior Court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Gruffudd, 50, says that far from stopping her vitriolic, online barrage, his ex is ‘escalating’ her rants while the former duo battle over custody and financial support for their two daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11.

‘Alice has continued to violate Court orders and disturb my peace,’ the actor said in court filings.

‘I have discovered several social media posts by Alice where she has openly disparaged me and my fiancée, and where she has posted medical information of our children, in continued violation of the DVRO (domestic violence restraining order) and in violation of our Stipulation (agreement about child custody).

‘Alice’s public harassment affects my public reputation and my ability to obtain new work,’ Gruffudd added.

In his 100-page new court filing, Gruffudd includes several nasty social media comments and posts he says Evans posted in the week between September 17 and September 24.

One example showed Evans had commented on a discussion post asking social media users to share ‘common misconceptions about family court you wish you had understood better’.

‘That you can hand out a DVRO for ‘mean text messages’ but when actual violence happens, no DVRO because it’s ‘hard to prove’, she commented.

She continued: ‘That my ex could just make up a bunch of lies about our 20-year relationship, say it was abusive and that I abused the kids and that the court (and BOTH sets of lawyers at the time) would just believe him. Despite copious evidence in the form of his own words in post interviews to the contrary.’

Another screenshot showed Evans appeared to have participated in a discussion about ‘dealing with a toxic baby daddy who just wants control’.

And in a comment that’s believed to be about her ex-husband’s 32-year-old fiancée Wallace she said: ‘Imagine deliberately ruining a father’s relationship with his kids because of jealousy.’

She made another furious post bemoaning the high cost of medical care, even with insurance, and displayed a $402 prescription bill for medication to treat a lung congestion disorder her daughter Elsie has been suffering.

‘If I want her father to contribute to this, I have to email my lawyer ($600 an hour) to get him to him to email his three lawyers ($300, $300, and $600 per hour) to get those lawyers to then email back and forth whether my ex, who’s zero custody and does not see the kids or return their calls…..should pay it or if I should – the single mother with no help who has to leave the kids with friends for four nights this weekend because I have no babysitter and their father has chosen not to help…..’

In yet another online attack which Gruffudd claims she posted as recently as Monday, Evans wrote: ‘My ex has tried to gag me with every penny he has, but I think to hell with it – I am living what I am living and my kids are suffering – why the hell does he get to be so goddam self-righteous?’

His court filing also cites a more public, recent example of ‘harassment’ by Evans: when she brazenly took photos of him at their September 9 custody and support hearing in LA.

The 56-year-old was temporarily kicked out of the courtroom after she was caught taking cell phone pictures of him, which is strictly against court rules and could have brought her a contempt charge.

‘Alice took that opportunity to get up from her seat in the courtroom, walk over to my seat on the opposite side of the courtroom, invade my personal space, and take photographs and/or videos of me while I was sitting, minding my own business,’ Gruffudd complained.

‘I was left in utter shock and confusion at Alice’s willingness to openly harass me like that, even as we sat in the courthouse.’

Gruffudd is also claiming that Evans’s recent request for a ‘protective order’ which would limit what she has to answer questions about during a court-ordered deposition, is a deliberate attempt to delay proceedings, ‘thus dragging this case on.’

Gruffudd’s newest accusations against Evans are the latest skirmish in a war over child and spousal support that has been raging for more than three years.

At the September 9 court hearing, Judge Josh Freeman Stinn signed off on a stipulated agreement in which Gruffudd pays $3,000 a month temporary child support and $1,500 a month temporary spousal support until another hearing set for February 13 when a more permanent support arrangement will be forged.

In August Gruffudd was revealed to have called his fiancée Bianca Wallace to testify in court against Evans, who they claim 'stalked, harassed, and abused' her in violation of a legal restraining order

Gruffudd went public with his new romance with Wallace in October 2021, nine months after he announced his marriage was over. He confirmed their engagement earlier this year

The February hearing promises some fireworks, since Gruffudd plans to call Wallace as a witness against Evans.

Wallace is expected to testify that Evans ‘stalked, harassed and abused’ her, repeatedly violating a three-year domestic violence restraining order (DVRO) which she and Gruffudd took out in August 2022, after enduring a ‘smear campaign’ of hateful text messages, emails and social media posts from her.

Gruffudd claims that Evans ‘engaged in a pattern of damaging and defamatory conduct against me, aimed at intimidating and harassing me and my fiancé, Bianca Wallace, while alienating our two young children from me.’

And he has complained that a court-ordered scheme to reunite him with his daughters in therapy sessions was sabotaged by Evans.

Gruffudd – whose latest movie, Bad Boys: Ride or Die has grossed more than $403million worldwide – has fought Evans’s demands for more money, claiming he’s paid some $400,000 more in spousal support that he needed to under their pre-marital agreement.
