Nick Knowles had a spring in his step as he made his way home on Tuesday evening – and little wonder, having spent up to four hours a day rehearsing for the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The DIY SOS star was joined by fiancée Katie Dadzie as they left the Dominion Theatre after attending a press night performance of The Rocky Horror Show.
Nick, 61, appeared to be in high spirits as he walked hand-in-hand with 34-year old Katie, who will no doubt be cheering him on when he takes to the dancefloor on Saturday evening.
The presenter opted for a casual white polo shirt with a geometric print and beige chinos for the occasion.
Meanwhile, Katie looked stunning in a little black dress that stopped several inches above her knee, possibly in a nod to the raunchy nature of the hit musical.

The appearance comes just days ahead of Nick’s debut on this year’s edition of Strictly Come Dancing.
TV star Nick, who split from his wife Jessica Rose Moor in 2016, made his first appearance with Katie in September 2021, after ending his romance with PR guru Emily Hallinan in February 2020.
Nick and Katie made their public debut as a couple at a restaurant in Bath after being friends for several years. He was also previously married to Gillian Knowles from 1996 to 2000.
A host of other stars came out for the latest revival of the stage musical, which was adapted into the cult film starring Tim Curry in 1975.
Kate Beckinsale really got into the spirit of the musical for the showing, as she turned up in full make-up and costume.
She was seen sporting a gold sequined top hat and blazer, paired with a silver sequined corset and rainbow striped hot pants. She accessorised with fishnet tights and a red sequined neck bow.

Speaking about the role, he told Heat Magazine: ‘I’m a fan. I love the show, I love the music, I love the character.
‘I was touring my own show about five years ago and included Sweet Transvestite from Rocky Horror as a key moment in my musical career. It went down a storm. Rocky Horror is like panto for adults.’

She told me if the relationship had any chance of working, and if I was going to have any involvement in the life of our child, I would have to give up the self- indulgent hedonistic lifestyle of the ’90s and take greater control of my life.
‘And I did. Elton John said it [about addiction] and it’s true: ‘Nobody can do it for you.’

The singer lives in west London and in south Oxfordshire with his wife Angela and three children but often returns to his native .
Last year, Jason detailed his meticulous self care routine including regular massages, healthy eating and even pedicures.
He explained how he keeps fit and in control and likes to treat himself with the occasional beauty or wellness treatment.
In terms of diet, to start the day he enjoys a drink of hot lemon before having pasta or sushi for lunch and then a small evening meal of tacos with guacamole.
He told The Times: ‘I’m up at 7am and always start my day with hot water and lemon. In the mornings I only eat fruit so I don’t feel too heavy, as I’m a big fitness person and like to go to the gym early.
‘I like to get a massage twice a week and love a foot massage and to get my nails done.
