The Killers – comprised of Brandon Flowers, Dave Keuning, Ronnie Vannucci Jr. and Mark Stoermer – announced their eight-show residency in January.

They took to the stage for eight shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in August and played every track from the 2004 Hot Fuss album.

Hot Fuss propelled the band to superstardom and has sold more than seven million copies worldwide, reaching number seven on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart and topping the charts in the UK.

It spawned four commercially and critically successful singles: Mr. Brightside, Somebody Told Me, All These Things That I’ve Done and Smile Like You Mean It.

The album and its first three singles went on to garner five Grammy Award nominations.

The 2003 single Mr Brightside peaked at number 10 in both the United States and the United Kingdom and is The Killers’ most successful single.

In 2010 Rolling Stone listed Mr. Brightside as the 48th-best song of the 21st century, and in 2021, it was ranked number 378 in the magazine’s 500 Greatest Songs of All Time list.

The Killers are considered one of the biggest rock bands of the 21st century, selling more than 28 million records worldwide, including 10.8 million in the US alone.

The band has received seven Grammy nominations, won two Brit Awards and headlined Glastonbury and Madison Square Garden.

The Killers formed in 2001. After going through a number of short-term bass players and drummers in their early days, both Mark Stoermer (bass, rhythm guitar, backing vocals) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. (drums, percussion) joined the band in 2002.
