Love Island couple Molly Smith and Tom Clare have gone from strength to strength after meeting on the All Stars series back in January.

And now the couple have sparked engagement rumours after footballer Tom, 25, posted a new snap to his Instagram Story.

The loved-up pair bought their first home together just last month and on Wednesday night Tom shared a snap as they cosied up together in front of the TV in their brand new house.

Tom then tagged Molly, 30, in the post alongside the word: ‘Wifey’ – which will be sure to send their fans into overdrive.

In August, after a whirlwind eight month romance Molly and Tom took a major step in their relationship and bought their first home together.

Taking to social media the pair shared their happy news as they posed outside their new pad with their dog while cheersing to their future together.

Packing on the PDA, the couple shared a kiss in the video as they ran around their new garden which features a stone fountain.

While they are planning on renovating the property, their new home currently features a conservatory and large patio area and appears to be situated in the countryside as rolling fields surrounded them.

Captioning her TikTok post, Molly wrote: ‘We bought our first home,’ before she also shared on Instagram: ‘Home is where the heart is’ – We’ve officially bought our first home we couldn’t be happier’.

She also tagged the couple’s new home renovation account, which reads: ‘Get ready for the house renovation because it’s going to be a good one’.

The pair were inundated with messages of support from their fellow islanders as they rushed to congratulate the pair on the milestone.

Georgia Harrison wrote: ‘Wow guys congratulations xx So happy for you ❤️’.

Meanwhile Liberty Poole penned: ‘Yay congrats guys’ and Abi Moore added: ‘Congratulations guys, Love this’.

Molly previously teased the idea telling Olivia Attwood, 32, on her So Wrong It’s Right podcast back in April that the professional footballer would be moving into her home in Manchester.

Tom, who at the time lived in Battersea, London, with his best pal Casey O’Gorman, has been fluttering in between his home and Molly’s.

Molly said: ‘He lives in Battersea but he’s moving out. So poor Casey’s probably thinking, Oh great. I’m stealing him. But he’s moving in with me in Manchester.

‘So I know people probably think like, ‘oh it’s quite quick’, but we’ve practically lived together from the day we’ve met, and he’s practically living at mine now. Slowly but surely there’s been drawers getting filled up.

Molly joked: ‘Yeah, his had his little plan all along.’

The model previously lived with ex-boyfriend Callum Jones in their four-bedroom house with their two dogs, before splitting last year in September.

He is now happily in another relationship too.
