Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife #3 Brooke Mueller posed for a rare snap with their 15-year-old twin sons Bob and Max during her 47th birthday bash in Beverly Hills on Saturday.
‘I’m very grateful for my kids,’ Brooke gushed at the festivities held at the home of her mother Moira Fiore and stepfather Jon Fiore.
Mueller wore a white lace mini-dress with matching peep-toe platforms at the party.
It was revealed earlier this month that the retired actress was questioned by the LAPD about her history with ex-boyfriend Matthew Perry as part of the investigation into his October 28th death, but she was not one of the people charged in connection with his fatal ketamine overdose.
There were several arrests on Thursday in connection with Perry’s death including Jasveen Sangha, AKA ‘The Ketamine Queen,’ and Erik Fleming.

In March, authorities got a search warrant for Brooke’s home in connection with Perry’s death and seized Brooke’s computer and phone, according to TMZ.
Mueller was in rehab at the time.
The site claimed in a new report that Brooke once spent time in rehab with Matthew. It was the same place and at the same time that Sangha and Fleming were there, the site claimed.
Jasveen was arrested Thursday in connection with Matthew’s death.
Fleming, who cut a deal and pled guilty to a pair of charges, was a drug broker who delivered the ketamine from Sangha’s stash house to Perry’s live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, the site claimed.
On Thursday, Perry’s personal assistant pleaded guilty to charges in connection with the actor’s death.
Iwamasa pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death.
The Department of Justice has accused Iwamasa of ‘repeatedly’ injecting the actor with ketamine ‘without medical training’, including on the day that Perry passed away.

Iwamasa is one of five defendants charged with offences related to the actor’s death, which also includes Sangha and Dr. Salvador Plascencia.
Sangha has been charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises.
What’s more, Sangha is facing one count of possession with intent to distribute ketamine and five counts of distribution of ketamine.
Plascencia, meanwhile, has been charged with conspiracy to distribute ketamine.
Elsewhere, Mark Chavez, another doctor, has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine.
Fleming has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death.
Fleming and Iwamasa are potentially facing 15 to 25 years in prison, while Chavez faces up to a decade in prison.
Sangha could face a possible life sentence.

Perry – who was best known for playing Chandler Bing on Friends opposite Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox, among others – died due to the ‘acute effects of ketamine.’
An autopsy report also listed drowning, coronary artery disease and buprenorphine effects as contributing factors in the his death.

Mueller and the 58-year-old Emmy nominee ended their two-year marriage in 2011 and, in January, he was granted an emergency request stating he would ‘immediately’ assume ‘sole legal custody’ of Max and Bob if she fails a drug test.
The court order reads: ‘Brooke shall test for drugs and alcohol (1) as often as required by her probation officer, (2) within 24 hours of a written request (email or text) from Charlie or his attorney, and (3) at a minimum of once per week regardless.’
Charlie’s legal documents also explicitly states that Mueller’s ‘custody/visitation will be terminated immediately following any positive test,’ and any ‘missed test will be considered a positive test.’
Brooke will also have to provide the ‘names, addresses and telephone numbers for all her regular, historic sources of controlled substances’ to Sheen’s attorney.
