Vance and Republicans are running on an ‘incel platform’: Squad member says GOP is ‘obsessed’ with women and ‘watching what LGBTQ people do’

Squad leader AOC sounded off on Donald Trump and running mate J.D. Vance’s ‘SUPER weird’ political platform, saying they’re trying to attract sexually frustrated voters.

The bizarre line of attack comes as Vance has weathered criticism for calling Democratic presidential frontrunner Vice President Kamala Harris a ‘childless cat lady.’

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s assault on Trump and Vance supporters was accompanied by a flurry of insults at the Republican presidential ticket, calling the GOP pair ‘creepy’ and ‘abnormal.’

‘Being obsessed with repressing women is goofy,’ AOC posted on X in response to a post from former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. ‘Trying to watch what LGBTQ+ people do all the time is abnormal.’

‘Punishing people who don’t have biological offspring is creepy,’ the Squad leader continued.

‘It’s an incel platform, dude. It’s SUPER weird. And people need to know,’ she added of the Republican presidential ticket.

The New York Democrat specifically referenced how Donald Trump and J.D. Vance are courting incels to vote for them.

Incel commonly refers to hyper-online males who express their desire to have romantic relationships online despite not being able to secure a partner.

The title is often derogatory and meant to indicate sexually frustrated and out of touch men.

The progressive’s remarks came in response to a post from Ramaswamy mentioning how Democrats are trying to paint Trump and Vance as ‘weird.’

‘This whole ‘they’re weird’ argument from the Democrats is dumb & juvenile,’ his post began.

‘This is a presidential election, not a high school prom queen contest.’

‘It’s also a tad ironic coming from the party that preaches ‘diversity & inclusion.’ Win on policy if you can, but cut the crap please,’ the former candidate’s post said.

To the former candidates credit, recent Republican and Democrat political jabs have indeed been weird.

Donald Trump’s VP pick J.D. Vance spent last week sweltering in the spotlight after his past quotes calling Democratic leaders ‘a bunch of childless cat ladies’ went viral.

The comments, clipped from a 2021 interview with Tucker Carlson, called out VP-turned-presidential hopeful Kamala Harris as one of many childless leaders, Vance said, ‘who are miserable’ and ‘want to make the rest of the country miserable too.’

His provocative theory drew retorts from Friends star Jennifer Aniston, pop star Kesha and VP Harris’ own step-daughter.

And on Sunday evening Vance defended his past comments, pushing back on critics of his ‘childless cat lady’ comments claiming those putting him on blast lied about what he said.

The 39-year-old Ohio senator appeared on the Fox News show ‘Sunday Night in America with Trey Gowdy’ where he doubled down on what he meant.

‘If you look at what the left has done, they have radically taken this out of context and, in fact, aggressively lied about what I’ve said,’ Vance claimed.

‘What I do think is true, Trey, and this goes to the heart of what I was talking about three years ago in those comments, but it’s going to be something I continue to talk about, is that the left has increasingly become explicitly anti-child and anti-family,’ he continued.

On Sunday, Gowdy pointed out to Vance that there have been many leaders without biological children from George Washington to former Republican Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

‘So I think you will agree with me that direct offspring are not necessary to be fully invested in the future of this country,’ Gowdy said.

‘Of course not, Trey. I do think that being a parent actually has a profound effect on somebody’s perspective and we should honor and respect that,’ Vance said.

‘But there are a whole host of people who don’t have children for a whole host of reasons. And they certainly are great people who can participate fully in the life of this country.’
