A new group of musical artists were honored for their musical artistry at the 38th Annual Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony on Thursday.

With the ceremonies alternating between New York City and Hall Of Fame home in Cleveland since 2017, this year’s festivities were held at Barclay’s Center in the Brooklyn section of New York.

Among the seven new Performing Category entrees escorted into the hallowed halls for their catalog of music: Sheryl Crow, who arrived with her two adopted sons Wyatt, 16, and Levi, 12.

The Kennett, Missouri native enlisted friend and actress Laura Dern to induct her into the hall of fame with an inspiring speech about how the music business didn’t initially know what to make of a Southern female guitar-playing singer-songwriter.

Joining her onstage to kick off the show was pop star Olivia Rodrigo, as the two performed a rendition of Crow’s big hit song If It Makes You Happy, according to Page Six.

Proud mom: Sheryl Crow, 61, proudly stood in between her two adopted sons Levi, 12, and Wyatt, 16, ahead of her induction into the 38th Annual Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York

Crow, 61, would hit the red carpet with her two boys decked out in a black dress with silver trim and platform open-toe heels.

Looking fit as ever, the top portion of Crow’s dress covered one shoulder, while the striking number showcased a side of her midriff with an opening on the right side.

Standing in between Levi, 12, on her right and Wyatt, 16, on her left, the nine time Grammy winner exuded a confident and proud smile.

Her kids, who were both dressed in classic black suits with a white dress shirt and white sneakers, appeared to be equally enthused by the honor given to their mom.

While fielding questions during the red carpet pomp and circumstance, Crow shared what her sons think of her enduring fame.

‘They think I’m mom,’ the singer-songwriter, 61, confessed, before explaining exactly what she means.

‘If I show up like this [all dressed up] anywhere, it’s like ugh,’ she said of Wyatt and Levi, who were adopted by Crow in 2007 and 2010, respectively, as a single parent. ‘They like me just being mom.’

While she doesn’t often parade around with her kids at such big public events, the rocker did reveal that they were ‘excited about tonight,’ and understood all the hard work that went into her being honored on such a high level.

‘They’ve seen the work and even though years of me being on the road looked like fun to them, they realized now it was work and there was a whole life of work before them,’ she said of her career, which actually dates back about 15 years before Wyatt first arrived.
