In honor of Candace Cameron Bure’s 28th wedding anniversary with her husband Valeri Bure on Saturday, she shared a romantic video of them dancing during their recent family vacation to Italy.
In the Instastory, the 50-year-old retired NHL star spun the 48-year-old former child star around their hotel’s dining room while locking eyes and comically singing along to the local band performing Domenico Modugno and Franco Migliacci’s 1958 hit song Volare.
Candace was only 19 when she first met Valeri after being introduced by her Full House castmate Dave Coulier at a Los Angeles charity hockey game.

Coulier commented: ‘I’m so happy that I invited you to that hockey game almost three decades ago. Congratulations. Love you both so much!’

Candace included a picture of herself kissing Bure while they cruised the Mediterranean on their trip.
Cameron Bure and the Russian-born athlete brought along their daughter Natasha, 22-year-old son Maksim Valerievich Bure, 24-year-old son Lev Valerievich Bure as well as his wife of five months, Elliot Dunham.
The two-time Daytime Emmy nominee’s Instagram post received congratulatory comments from Bob Saget’s widow Kelly Rizzo, Elisabeth Hasselback, Danica McKellar, and Tamera Mowry Housley as well as Dancing with the Stars pros Sasha Farber and Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
‘I’m often asked for marriage advice. What’s the secret? Lord knows I will never write a book about it because we are still learning every year, every day,’ Candace wrote back in 2021.
‘Grace. Grace. Grace. Communication (which is so important but difficult when one partner isn’t willing.) Sex. Laughter. Patience. Lots of patience. Love (a verb. which must be put into action, it’s not just a feeling.) No marriage is picture perfect. Not one. And certainly not ours.
‘But through thick and thin, ups and downs, God has blessed us tremendously with guidance and perseverance. I believe God is the secret sauce. I have more love for this man today than the day we married each other. And I know he does for me.’
In 2006, Cameron Bure, Valeri, and their friend Joshua Peeples co-founded Bure Family Wines in the Napa Valley and appointed their son Lev as vice president.

Cameron Bure then reprised her role in the Netflix continuation Fuller House, which aired for four seasons spanning 2016-2020.
