Sylvester Stallone marked his 27th wedding anniversary with Jennifer Flavin with a sweet Instagram tribute on Friday.
The Rocky star, 77, who briefly split from his wife in 2022, branded Flavin, 55, the ‘love of my life’ as he shared wedding snaps of the pair.
In the photos Stallone, then 50, cut into a cake with his model bride, then 28 by his side.
Stallone looked dapper in a black suit and bow tie while Jennifer stunned in a simple white gown and veil.
He captioned the snap: ’27 years with the love of my life.’

The pair headline reality show, The Family Stallone, alongside daughters Sophia, 27, Sistine, 25 and Scarlett, 21.
The show, which streams on Paramount+ has also featured Sly’s brother Frank, 73, and co-stars including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dolph Lundgren.
Jennifer filed for divorce from the Rocky legend in August 2022 following a 25 year marriage – but just one month later, it was confirmed the pair had reconciled. The Tulsa King actor said: ‘It’s the John Lennon thing: “Life is what happens when you’re making other plans.” Hopefully you’re involved with people who understand the foibles of life and the fragility of it and how rare a real good relationship is.
‘Sometimes I put the work ahead of [my family], and that is a tragic mistake which won’t happen again.’
He said: ‘There was a reawakening of what was more valuable than anything, which is my love for my family,’ Stallone told The Sunday Times. ‘It takes precedence over my work and that was a hard lesson to learn.’

Stallone told the outlet that he regretted focusing on his career over his children in some cases
‘I didn’t pay enough attention when they were growing up,’ said Stallone, who is father to daughters Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20 with Flavin, 54; and with ex Sasha Czack, son Seargeoh, 43, and the late Sage Stallone, who tragically passed away at 36 following a heart attack in July 2012.
He added: ‘I was so career-oriented and now I go, “OK, I don’t have that much runway up ahead and I want to start asking them about their lives.”
‘I ask them about their day and they started at first a little monosyllabic. Then I heard one say, “I was just thinking about you.” Oh my God. I’ve never heard that before in my life. When a daughter knows you care, she’s there forever.’
When the split was first announced, Stallone issued an August 24 statement that said, according to E! News, ‘I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.’
The Rambo star also had a giant tattoo of Jennifer on his right bicep covered – with a picture of Butkus, Rocky’s bull mastiff from the hit movies.
In September, it was reported that the movie star and his wife of 25 years ‘decided to meet up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences. They are both extremely happy,’ his rep told Page Six.
They first dated in 1988 shortly after his brief second marriage to Brigitte Nielsen had gone south.

They had met in a Beverly Hills restaurant when she was a 20-year-old model and he was suffering a temporary glitch with Rambo III – a movie that won him the Golden Raspberry for worst actor.
But he then moved on to model Janice Dickinson who said he was the father of her little girl. He ended things with Flavin by sending her a letter by FedEx, which she called ‘sloppy.’
It was only after he and Dickinson split that DNA tests proved he was not the dad.
He then got engaged to actress Angie Everhart but that fizzled and he again returned to Flavin.
They married on May 17, 1997 at the posh Dorchester Hotel in London, and with Stallone’s reputation as a playboy, few predicted they would last long.
‘I’m not naïve about what may go on when I’m not around – he’s a 45-year-old man – I can’t change the way he is,’ Flavin told People at the time.
‘Still, he’s not a cheating dog every day of the week,’ she added. ‘We spend five out of seven nights together, so I don’t know where he’d find the time.’
