The stars were dressed in their finest for an evening supporting the iconic art museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art, in New York City on Tuesday evening.
The Gone Girl star, who recently attended the Met Gala, displayed her eye for style in a plunging spiral print dress with a whimsical layered skirt and strappy heels.
Emily, 32, accessorized the look with a glossy black handbag and glittering chain necklace.
As far as Claire, the Homeland alum exuded elegance in a black gown featuring a white rose motif and sheer cape.

Her hair was slicked back into a chic updo with a black eyeliner bringing out her blue eyes.

Other celebrities in attendance included Vanessa Williams, who wowed on the red carpet in a spring-worthy look.
The actress dazzled in a classic floral print gown that cinched into her waist and flared out in billowing fashion.
Kristin Chenoweth glammed it up in a gorgeous black number paired with a sheer shawl draped along her neck and shoulders.
The Broadway legend worked a gorgeous hairstyle featuring loose tendrils that framed her face in addition to pearl earrings.
Late night host Seth Meyers was also in attendance with his wife, Alexi Ashe.
The exquisite gala was held at the museum itself and featured an elegant candlelit decor and gorgeous floral arrangements.

The glitzy bash comes over a week after another star-studded celebration – the Met Gala.
Emily was among the many celebrities in attendance, going bra-less under a transparent gown that also offered a generous view of her backside.
Her head-turning frock was an openly woven silver lace creation by Atelier Versace, a vintage piece from the fall 2001 couture collection.
Emily’s decision to wear a retro piece was in keeping with the Met Gala’s theme, which was inspired by the JG Ballard short story The Garden Of Time.
While posing up a storm on the red carpet last week, Emily swung around to reveal that the flesh-flashing frock was backless.

‘I’m very naked, but what else is new?’ she joked to Vogue, describing her ensemble as being ‘kind of all about the back, which is like nonexistent.’
Although she has now attended nine Met Galas, she confessed that she still feels under ‘pressure’ before attending the ultra-glamorous event.
‘I have worn things that I have not felt comfortable in, and I do feel that it shows. Maybe it shows in the way that I choose my hair and makeup, or the way I pose, or whatever,’ she reflected to the New York Times.

However she had no such compunctions about this year’s vintage Versace, which she said ‘feels really natural on me – comfortable, truly.’
Emily was also conscious of the theme, Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion, which matches an exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum Of Art’s Costume Institute.
‘I just wanted to feel like I was wearing something that could be in the exhibit,’ she said of the process of selecting her dress.
