The video showed the man walking his dog along a footpath when he passed a blue and red hatchback that were stopped and blocking traffic.

The driver of the blue hatchback could be seen taking photos of the accident while the man yelled at her to move the car into the side street.

Another driver told him ‘she won’t move, mate’ as she was seen taking more photos of the wreck, prompting the man to launch into an expletive-ridden tirade.

His rant became a spectacle for locals and passersby as residents watched on from their balconies.

He pointed back down the street and noted the ‘hundreds of people’ the driver had inconvenienced with traffic backed up along the street.

The woman responded to him as she approached the driver’s side.

‘I swear to god I’ll start disassembling your f***ing car,’ the dog walker said.

Several social media users praised the man and labelled him a hero for standing up for the other drivers.

‘On behalf of every other Sydney driver, thank you,’ one wrote.

‘The thought of getting out of the way, allowing traffic to flow and improving their own safety never crosses their mind.’

‘I feel the blokes frustration … They have a small prang causing very minor damage and they stop right where the accident occurred,’ a second wrote.

‘If your car still drives, p*** off to a side street.’

A third added: ‘Threatening to disassemble the car is where he became my hero.’

‘He might be right but he went about it completely the wrong way he was yelling at someone that was no threat to him and he did not help the situation either,’ one wrote.

‘Men don’t talk to women like that,’ another bluntly wrote.

One user noted he could have instead approached with kindness as some people ‘can’t cope after a prang’.

‘I highly doubt that they were going out of their way to hold up 100 cars,’ they wrote.
