alert-–-too-hot-to-handle’s-francesca-farago-and-transgender-fiance-jesse-sullivan-walk-the-red-carpet-for-the-first-time-since-falling-pregnant-through-ivfAlert – Too Hot to Handle’s Francesca Farago and transgender fiancé Jesse Sullivan walk the red carpet for the first time since falling pregnant through IVF

Too Hot To Handle star Francesca Farago and her transgender fiancé Jesse Sullivan have just announced they are expecting a child together after seeking out a sperm donor and undergoing IVF.

And on Monday, Francesca, 30, proudly flaunted her baby bump at the iHeartRadio Awards in Los Angeles.

The OnlyFans model showcased her curves in a tight black dress that clung to her physique.

She was joined by Jesse, who placed a protective hand on her stomach as they kissed on the red carpet.

Jesse donned trendy black trousers with a matching tank top and some edgy silver necklaces.

Francesca announced her first pregnancy on Sunday after a ‘bumpy’ IVF journey with her fiancé Jesse.

She broke the news across social media on International Transgender Day of Visibility in honor of 34-year-old dad-to-be Jesse, whose reassigned gender was affirmed in 2019.

‘We wanted to take this special day to celebrate this amazing milestone with all of you,’ Francesca – who boasts six million Instagram followers – wrote in a joint post.

‘We’ve brought you with us through the loss, so we couldn’t wait to bring you along for the win,’ she gushed.

‘I am still pretty newly pregnant, and there’s so much more to come, but we are so excited to be growing our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling! AHH I’M PREGNANT!’

In the accompanying TikTok video, Jesse hinted at the gender by using My Best Friend Jacob’s 2018 song To Our Daughter (Lullaby), two baby emojis signifying twins, and what appeared to be two embryos.

The parents-to-be selected a sperm donor together before Sullivan had nine eggs extracted last August (making five embryos) and Farago had 18 eggs extracted last September (making eight embryos).

It remains unclear which parent’s embryo was transferred into the Canadian reality star’s uterus on March 19 at the Tree of Life Center in Los Angeles under the direction of fertility specialist Dr. Vuk Jovanovic.

But Jesse proudly announced he’d ‘finally got her pregnant’ in the comments of their post, which received congratulations from pop star Demi Lovato and Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause.

Sullivan was 18 when he mothered 15-year-old child Arlo Bear Sullivan (who uses they/them pronouns) after having unprotected sex with a teenage boy back in 2006, and he ‘cannot wait to see Arlo be a sibling.’

‘When I felt guilty as a trans man because [Francesca] had to even go through this [pregnancy] process, she always assured me that she wouldn’t have it any other way,’ the heavily-tattooed TikToker said on March 19.

‘This is just the beginning for our family.’

Jesse previously stated in their February 1st YouTube vlog that they plan to raise their children as the gender assigned by their sex at birth ‘and then give them the space and love and freedom to discover if it’s different later on.’

‘How I raised Arlo was like blank slate parenting where I never forced gender norms onto them,’ Sullivan explained.

‘As little I used she/her and obviously considered them female and then as they grew up and they discovered that within themselves they told me one day, “I want to go by they/them and that was it and never looked back.’

Jesse and Farago – who got engaged April 28 – originally met via Zoom in June 2021 during her TikTok live event for Pride Month.

On Valentine’s Day, the Farago the Label founder wrote that they ‘were holding off the wedding until our first baby or babies.’

Sullivan was previously married to model Teela Sullivan while Francesca is said to have dated Jef Holm, Harry Jowsey, Casey Boonstra, Kelechi Dyke, Haley Cureton, Kori Sampson, Branden Condy, and Tana Mongeau.

Farago first found fame competing on Netflix dating shows Too Hot to Handle (2020) followed by Love Is Blind (2021) followed by Perfect Match (2023).

HOW DOES IVF WORK?

In-vitro fertilisation, known as IVF, is a medical procedure in which a woman has an already-fertilised egg inserted into her womb to become pregnant.

It is used when couples are unable to conceive naturally, and a sperm and egg are removed from their bodies and combined in a laboratory before the embryo is inserted into the woman.

Once the embryo is in the womb, the pregnancy should continue as normal.

The procedure can be done using eggs and sperm from a couple or those from donors.

Guidelines from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends that IVF should be offered on the NHS to women under 43 who have been trying to conceive through regular unprotected sex for two years.

People can also pay for IVF privately, which costs an average of £3,348 for a single cycle, according to figures published in January 2018, and there is no guarantee of success.

The NHS says success rates for women under 35 are about 29 per cent, with the chance of a successful cycle reducing as they age.

Around eight million babies are thought to have been born due to IVF since the first ever case, British woman Louise Brown, was born in 1978.

Chances of success

The success rate of IVF depends on the age of the woman undergoing treatment, as well as the cause of the infertility (if it’s known).

Younger women are more likely to have a successful pregnancy.

IVF isn’t usually recommended for women over the age of 42 because the chances of a successful pregnancy are thought to be too low.

Between 2014 and 2016 the percentage of IVF treatments that resulted in a live birth was:

29 per cent for women under 35

23 per cent for women aged 35 to 37

15 per cent for women aged 38 to 39

9 per cent for women aged 40 to 42

3 per cent for women aged 43 to 44

2 per cent for women aged over 44
