DJ Khaled was carried from his car to the stage by two bodyguards for his Miami Beach gig – all because he didn’t want to dirty his Jordans.

The rapper, 48, took to the stage in Miami south beach on Sunday after meeting fans in Snipes USA sneaker and streetwear store.

But the star insisted he be carried from his car onto a truck and then onto the stage, to avoid getting sand on his Nike Jordan trainers.

‘I don’t want to get my Jordans dirty, can I get someone to help me?’ DJ Khaled asked as two of his bodyguards jumped to his aid in a video shared by the rapper on Instagram. ‘Please anybody help me.’

He added: ‘Thank you brothers I appreciate it. Can’t mess up the Js.’

In the caption of the Instagram clip, Khaled again teased his two new collaborations with Drake on his next album.

He wrote: ‘When I say 2 (peace sign) you say 2 DRAKES. New album in the works. (sic)’

The rapper, whose full name is Khaled Mohammed Khaled has worked with his regular collaborator on the pair of tracks for his upcoming 14th studio album – the follow-up to 2022’s ‘God Did’ – which is due out this year.

But people were rather unimpressed the rapper’s stunt, slamming his ‘rich ignorance’.

‘Proof money can’t unlame you,’ one person said, while another added: ‘Rich ignorance at its finest. He don’t even know how belittling he acting.. smh.’

Another person commented: ‘What a [clown emoji] all he had to do was wear a different pair carry those in. Clout is a hell of a drug.’

‘When i say “That’s not in my job description” this what I be talking about,’ a fourth added.

Even children’s author and activist Ty Allan Jackson slammed the rapper, adding: ‘Our children are watching this foolishness. These “celebrities” need to act more like human beings than self-proclaimed kings.’

Several others called DJ Khaled out for having two black men carry him during Black History Month.

While someone else said: ‘Boy bye!!!!! Now WHY is he doing all of this in BLACK HISTORY MONTH smh and lol.’

‘Now Khaled! Not during Black History Month please and thank you!’ one person said, while another added: ‘What in the slave owner is going on here.’

It comes after DJ Khaled was pictured as he was pulled over while riding a golf cart by a police officer on a motorcycle near his house in Miami Thursday.

The famed music producer and golf aficionado, 48, pulled over to the side of the road and subsequently chat with a police officer.

It was not immediately clear if the officer issued him a citation in the exchange.

The New Orleans native did not appear to be wearing a seat-belt on the daytime ride, and was seen handling his phone.

DJ Khaled was wearing a white T-shirt with off white shorts and no shoes while he was seen in the luxury golf cart.

He opened up to Golf Digest last May about his passion for the sport – which included youthful hijinks involving golf carts.

He said his best friend at the time resided near Orlando’s Bay Hill Club, and they ‘would try to jump golf carts over bunkers,’ adding, ‘We was crazy.’

He told the outlet that the sport imbues him with a spiritual feeling as he plays.

‘God gave me life, and he gave me a blessing, and I show my gratitude every single day,’ DJ Khaled told the outlet. ‘I love golf because it’s like my connection with God, too. It’s kind of like my one-on-one time with him.’

In the interview last year, DJ Khaled said that at the time, he had been playing golf everyday, and had been living by the credo, ‘Let’s go golfing!’

He said of the statement, ‘Every day after I wake up and pray, I’m screaming it.

‘If the weather’s beautiful, I jump out on my balcony and scream, “Let’s go golfing!”‘ DJ Khaled said. ‘My kids are running around the house, “Let’s go golfing!” I’m screaming it on my Instagram, “Let’s go golfing!”
