A suspect has gone missing after a man was stabbed outside of a motel on Las Vegas Boulevard before the Super Bowl.

The incident took place Sunday morning outside of the Traveler’s Bed & Breakfast Motel, located on the 1500 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard, between the Strip and downtown Las Vegas.

The unnamed victim got into a fight with another man in front of the motel before the suspect pulled out a weapon and stabbed the other multiple tunes. The suspect then ran into the lobby before fleeing the scene, investigators said.

Police said the victim was left in critical condition. He was then taken to University Medical Center where he underwent emergency surgery, KTNV reported.

DailyMail.com contacted the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and the motel for more information but officials did not respond in time for this report.

On Sunday, the police department posted to their Facebook and said that they were expecting more than 33,000 visitors for Super Bowl LVII, and 65,000 spectators at the game that took place at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday night.

The dramatic game ended with the Kansas City Chiefs winning their second consecutive Super Bowl title as they beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in an overtime victory.

Following the win, Travis Kelce drank from a gold bottle of champagne as he led a rowdy rendition of ‘We Are The Champions’ in the Kansas City Chiefs locker room and celebrated his fairytale ending.

Moments earlier, Kelce told reporters he felt ‘on top of the world’ after winning and celebrated by kissing his pop star girlfriend Taylor Swift on the field.

Prior to the game, Swift had raced back to Las Vegas from Japan where she performed four straight Eras Tour shows.

She was joined in VIP suite – that Kelce apparently paid $1million for – by Blake Lively, rapper Ice Spice, parents Andrea and Scott and Kelce’s family.

The couple then went to the Strip to celebrate at the Zouk nightclub along with thousands of Chiefs fans.

Head coach Andy Reid, dressed in a suit, held the Vince Lombardi trophy aloft in front of the lucky fans who made it into the venue for the party.

Kelce, dressed in the same sparkling black outfit he arrived for the Super Bowl in, was seen sharing the moment with Swift, while also rallying his crowd of admirers from the DJ booth.
