alert-–-sean-‘diddy’-combs-has-‘withdrawn-all-of-his-allegations’-in-lawsuit-against-diageo-after-accusing-spirits-giant-of-neglecting-his-brands-due-to-raceAlert – Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has ‘withdrawn all of his allegations’ in lawsuit against Diageo after accusing spirits giant of neglecting his brands due to race

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has ended his lawsuit as well as business relationship with alcoholic beverage giant, Diageo, with both parties withdrawing their suits.

The 54-year-old rapper sued the British brand last year, accusing them of neglecting his tequila line, DeLeón Tequila, and Ciroc due to racism and has now ‘agreed to resolve all disputes.’

Diageo denied his claims — all of which Diddy has now rescinded, according to a statement shared with DailyMail.com.

Now it’s been reported that the case is over as Diddy has dismissed the lawsuit, suggesting both sides have reached a settlement.

The Bad Boy Records founder — who is reportedly ‘skipping the 2024 Grammys due to sexual assault allegations and lawsuits’ — was previously seeking billions in damages.

‘Sean Combs and Diageo have now agreed to resolve all disputes between them,’ the joint statement read.

‘Mr. Combs has withdrawn all of his allegations about Diageo and will voluntarily dismiss his lawsuits against Diageo with prejudice,’ it stated.

‘Diageo and Mr. Combs have no ongoing business relationship, either with respect to Cîroc vodka or DeLeón tequila, which Diageo now solely owns.’

Diageo previously noted that they previously tried to resolve the issue privately before Diddy served them with a lawsuit.

In May 2023, Combs filed the lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court, alleging that Diageo North America starved Combs’ Ciroc Vodka and DeLeon Tequila brands of resources.

He alleged that Diageo leadership told him his race was one of the reasons it limited distribution to urban neighborhoods.

He was also told that some Diageo leaders resented him for making too much money, according to the lawsuit.

Combs has been associated with the London-based company since 2007 when it approached him about Ciroc.
