alert-–-real-housewives-of-salt-lake-city-season-4-reunion:-monica-garcia-opens-up-about-her-relationship-with-jen-shah-and-her-illicit-affair-in-part-1Alert – Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 4 reunion: Monica Garcia opens up about her relationship with Jen Shah and her illicit affair in Part 1

Monica Garcia started her first Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion by opening up about her relationship with former castmate Jen Shah.

Shah was an original SLC housewife since the show debuted in 2020, though she was removed from the show after her 2021 arrest on money laundering and wire fraud charges.

Shah ultimately plead guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in July 2022, due to her telemarketing scheme that preyed on the elderly and other vulnerable people.

Shah was replaced by Garcia – her former assistant – who revealed that she started their relationship as friends and ended as enemies.

The season ended with a rather shocking revelation – with Heather Gay revealing that it was Jen Shah who gave her the black eye in the Season 4 finale.

The season ended with a rather shocking revelation – with Heather Gay revealing that it was Jen Shah who gave her the black eye in the Season 4 finale.

While it seems Gay will address how she got the black eye later in the three-part reunion special (likely in the third and final part) she didn’t address it in Tuesday night’s Reunion Part 1.

The reunion begins with all of the cast members arriving in New York City – with the ladies seeing each other for the first time since their epic finale in Bermuda.

Host Andy Cohen revealed he was still, ‘reeling from an explosive season and jaw-dropping finale that has left us all feeling trapped in the Devil’s Triangle.’

Before getting into the events of Season 4, Cohen asked what it was like filming without Jen Shah, asking if they were ‘worried’ as a group?

Lisa Barlow and newcomer Angie Kastanevas both said they were not worried, but Heather Gay said, ‘I was worried that the effect that Jen had had, that people would want that type of level of, like, drama and toxicity and just craziness and that they might tune out if they didn’t see it.’

‘But we are excited for the chance to get free of all of that. We were excited for a chance to, like, prove ourselves, I think, and show our friendships without that in the mix,’ Gay added.

The reunion started in earnest by focusing on newcomer Monica, the former friend and assistant to Jen Shah.

Cohen said he thought, ‘it was really touching and honest when you cried to your mom about, you know, worrying about feeling left out,’ referring to an incident where Lisa said she bought a fake Gucci bag.

When asked why she wanted to share that, Monica said it wasn’t about the bag, but, ‘It was about entering this group of women. As an outsider looking in, they look flawless. Their homes are beautiful. They’re married. Their kids are successful. Like, you just look at it from the outside, and you’re like, what am I bringing to the table? I’m a whore that’s going through a divorce, that has four kids and lives in a 3,000-square-foot home. This is how I felt,’ Monica said.

‘And I think every single person in their life at one point in time or another has felt like…I don’t belong?’ Monica added.

Andy asked why she was annoyed when Lisa lost a $60,000 ring, as Monica explained, ‘Lisa had every right to be upset about losing her ring. What I didn’t like was that it was, $60,000, $60,000, $60,000, $60,000, $60,000.’

Lisa said, ‘I only said the price three times. And so the thing for me, it was, everybody processes things differently, and for me, losing that, it’s a big deal. Henry almost died…’ as she started to get emotional.

‘After I had him, and John gave me that ring because I was like, I don’t know if we’re gonna be able to have more kids. I don’t know if we’re gonna have another kid. That meant more than just a ring that I wear in my finger. Every time I look at it, it’s like, we have our two beautiful babies, and, like, it was so awesome,’ Lisa explained.

Monica added, ‘That is beautiful. See, I didn’t know that,’ as Lisa added that was, ‘no one’s business,’ adding she was stressed because it was a ‘symbol.’

‘Because I lost a ring, and I’m upset about it it doesn’t mean I’m not relatable to the middle class. It doesn’t mean I think I’m part of the 1%. It doesn’t mean I think I’m better,’ Lisa said, as they playfully exchanged barbs about who would be a part of the 1% like Shaquille O’Neal.

Lisa admitted they never found the ring, and when Andy asked Monica where she thinks the rumors started that Monica took the ring, Monica said she thinks it started with Lisa and Heather.

Lisa insisted, ‘No, that’s wrong. You’re totally wrong,’ as Monica asked, ‘Let me ask you this. Why didn’t you go online when you saw all the rumors and say, “I do not think Monica stole that”?

Lisa said, ‘I don’t think I need to do that. I don’t think that’s my job to do that. -By the way, I will say this. I didn’t think that’s my job to do it.’

Heather admitted, ‘Maybe that’s not what we thought,’ as Monica said, ‘Exactly! Thank you! Thank you! You just admitted it.’

Lisa said that there are people who ‘watch’ Monica’s behavior, adding she got a new ring but it, ‘doesn’t feel the same,’ as Monica wondered why she was looking at her when she said she wants her other ring back.

Let me make this is really clear, ’cause this is actually really damaging, and actually it’s easy. It’s stereotypical, and it’s tired,’ Monica said, adding it was stereotypical because, ‘you’re saying I would steal it cause I have less than you so I’m gonna steal it.’

Angie tried to defend Lisa but Monica snapped at her and said, ‘Why are you talking?! Why are you talking, bench-warming bitch? Shut up! Stop talking! This doesn’t even involve you, just like most of the season.’

Lisa insisted, ‘Monica, do we ever make you feel bad and say you had less than us? Never. Never,’ as Angie said, ‘But she talked about me from the beginning of it to the end.’

Monica clarified, ‘I never took your ring. I didn’t even go into that bathroom until, like, 20, 30 minutes after you had lost your ring.’

Lisa insisted, ' No, that's wrong. You're totally wrong,' as Monica asked, 'Let me ask you this. Why didn't you go online when you saw all the rumors and say,

Andy then asked Monica about her relationship with Jen Shaw, as she added, ‘I would describe it as we were friends first, and then I was “Working” for her, and then…enemies, I guess?’

She admitted that her job involved, ‘go and get her groceries. I would make sure that she was on time to her freaking meetings and whatever,’ adding they were filming Season 1 at the time.

When asked why she was doing a job that took her away from her kids and didn’t pay her, Monica said, ‘Honestly, she was my friend. She needed help. It didn’t start like that. We were friends first, and I was like, “I can help you until you need somebody.”‘

Heather asked Monica if she was thinking about emulating Kim Kardashian, who started out as an assistant to Paris Hilton before starting her own reality empire.

Monica denied that assertion, but Heather played an audio recording of Monica stating clearly, ‘Kim Kardashian was a f***ing assistant, and look at that b***h now. I can fully admit that the whole reason why I was an assistant and putting up with that s**t was as a stepping stone, as a learning experience.’

Andy asked Heather if that recording proves Monica was only serving as an unpaid assistant to get on the show, as Heather and Angie both nodded.

When Andy asked Monica point-blank, she said, ‘I didn’t think I would ever end up on the show, honestly. But why wouldn’t I try to get on the show? I applied like everybody else.’

Heather said, ‘I was just clarifying that I don’t think you were her friend helping her. I think that you had an agenda,’ but Monica insisted, ‘I was her friend, Heather,’ admitting she didn’t even know she was on the show when she met her.’

Monica added that she ‘applied’ to the show like everyone else, revealing she emailed casting and told them, ‘My name is Monica Fowler, and your show sucks and your ratings are s**t, and it’s gonna get canceled because you don’t have the right cast,’ though they showed Monica’s actual email on the air.

‘Reaching out in regards to your casting call. Would love more information about what needs to be done or how to move forward. You guys need a feisty excommunicated Latina on the show immediately!! I’m your girl!,’ the email read.

Andy added, ‘A lot of viewers had questions about your friend at the Secret Service telling you that there was an active case against Jen,’ though Monica said, ‘That’s not what he said. He did not say there was an active case. He said, “Get away from Jen Shah. She’s going to prison.”‘

When asked how she became an informant against her former friend and employer, Monica says she, ‘talked to the federal investigators,’ adding she reached out to them and told them, ‘I have information about your case,’ adding, ‘I think that I did the right thing. And I think that everyone here probably should have done the right thing, too.’

Andy then pivoted to the affair Angela had with her brother-in-law, as she immediately clarified, ‘that happened over a decade ago.’

‘As far as everybody here, especially Heather, have had very deep conversations about that and how painful that was for me, and you guys were actually wonderful. It wasn’t about bragging or not taking accountability,’ she said of the affair, which lead to her being excommunicated by the Mormon church.

‘I don’t think taking accountability means self-shame and self-hating for the rest of my life. I was excommunicated. I bore the scarlet letter. I still do. I was re-baptized. I went through the whole re-baptism process in the Church,’ Monica admitted.

Heather added, ‘She cried when she told me about being excommunicated, and we talked about how unfair the process is and how she had come back. And to get re-baptized in the Mormon Church is a big deal. You have to take the missionary discussions. You have to go through the interview process. You have to get special high upper permissions, and then to get remarried,’ as Monica dabbed tears from her eyes.

When asked if she’s still in touch with ‘the former brother-in-law’ she said no, adding the man she had the affair with was not Mike’s brother, but in fact his brother-in-law, which Andy said was an, ‘important detail.’

Monica added, ‘Everyone is hearing about it for the first time, which is crazy, ’cause I’m, like, reliving it. Like, I’m constantly being called a whore, um, online and in my comments are nasty.’

Whitney Rose added, ‘It hits different when the Internet comes after you, and trolls come after you with nasty things, because I, too, admitted that I’ve had an affair and, um, been called every name in the book, and you think you’re over it, and then you get on a show, and Instagram takes off, and trolls come in. It’s hard. The comments really hurt.’

They then showed a clip package showcasing the relationships that were fractured over the course of the season, including Whitney and Meredith Marks, Whitney and Lisa and Meredith and Lisa.

Andy asked where Meredith and Lisa stand today, as Meredith said, ‘Well, we’ve had a few bumps along the road for sure, but we have gotten back to a much better place. I feel like we’re building a new friendship. -I feel like we went through so much, like, it’s too hard to go back there, and it’s like starting over.’

Andy then asked where Heather and Whitney stand today, as Heather said, ‘It was easy to get back to, like, true love, you know, but there’s still stuff we’re working through.’

Whitney added, ‘Yeah, there’s many trust issues still. I think it’s– it’s the same thing. Our relationship– it just looks different now. Yeah.’

Andy asked Meredith about Whitney calling her out for her, ‘extraneous excuses,’ asking if she can see it from Whitney’s point of view that she tends to, ‘deflect.’

I feel like we’re building a new friendship. -I feel like we went through so much, like, it’s too hard to go back there, and it’s like starting over.’

‘Actually, quite the opposite. Everybody here has their own things they go through. Whitney lost a friend, and, you know, uh, that’s obviously horrible and very sad. And when Lisa approached you, you said, “I’m sorry. I can’t talk about this right now.” Lisa cried about her makeup, and I respected that. I respect people’s feelings. And I feel that mine are not given the same respect,’ Meredith said.

Andy clarified, ‘The rap on you is that you only bring it up when you’re confronted, that they don’t know about it. In other words, you’ll be in the middle of a fight, and you’ll say, “well,…’x’ is happening or ‘Y’ is happening,” as Whitney admitted, ‘Yeah, and I had no idea that you’re going through that with your friend.’

Meredith explained, ‘With my friend, I found out that morning. I was extremely upset, so I kept trying to push it away and push it away, and I finally just reached a breaking point. I’m human. And so, yes, that’s why it came out at that moment. I was trying to, like, not deal with it.’

Lisa asked, ‘Do you see, though, how it can be perceived that way? I hear what you’re saying. I totally hear you, but you–yeah.’

Meredith said, ‘Yes, I do see how it could be perceived that way because most of the women in this group don’t care enough to bother asking me,’ but Whitney said, ‘But we do– I-I personally do care. That’s why I had the conversation with you. I see both sides in this, too, because I feel like in some situations, I’m like Meredith, where I’m trying to do my best, and it’s not being appreciated. So, in that regard, I see Meredith’s side, but I also see, like, how sometimes it can look like an excuse, so I see both sides. And I think now that we know that, like, for you, this is important, you know, that you’re like, “Hear me. Let’s talk about it. We can revisit it at another time. I’m not equipped to deal with it right now, or it’s gonna get ugly”– I think that’s fair. But, like, you see both sides, too, right?’

Whitney added, ‘You just have to see the perception. We’re hearing you,’ though Meredith says, ‘That’s fine. You can perceive as you want. But the reality is, I don’t need an excuse. You’ve all seen me in a multitude of situations where it’s too heated. I know it’s not gonna get to a positive outcome, so, I’m disengaging. I don’t need an excuse,’ as they show many clips of Meredith ‘disengaging’ with conversations.

Meredith added, ‘I have no problem walking out on my own two feet with no excuse, and you’ve seen it a hundred times. So, to put it on me like I’m making up excuses and to trivialize things that were hurting me, is just– it’s not nice.

Whitney said, ‘Meredith, putting it back on you wasn’t to hurt you. But bringing it up, it was to say, Meredith, do you see what I’m seeing?’

'Actually, quite the opposite. Everybody here has their own things they go through. Whitney lost a friend, and, you know, uh, that's obviously horrible and very sad. And when Lisa approached you, you said,

Lisa adds, ‘And, Whitney, I think the same can be said for you, too. Like, everybody processes things in a different way. Like, when you lost your friend Shari, I didn’t know how to handle it. I do know that I hugged you as soon as I gave Heather all of her things. And I asked you, “Are you okay?” And you said you didn’t wanna talk about it right now,’ as they showed flashback footage.

Whitney argues that Lisa constantly asking if she was OK was, ‘antagonizing me into not being OK.’

Lisa insisted, ‘Whitney, I am not wrong. I am not wrong. I was dancing on eggshells with you. And I care about you. And my intention was not to hurt you or to be dismissive of you.

Lisa added, ‘I saw how it looked on the show, and I know how I experienced it because I am very aware of how,’ but Whitney added, ‘But do you know how it looks from my perspective? I was talking to you and Angie exclusively the days leading it up.’

Lisa argues, ‘And did I give you any sign the days leading up that I was not a friend to you and that I was not attentive to you and that I didn’t care?’ Whitney adds, ‘Yeah, after I called you out at my house, you started creating distance,’ but Lisa says that is, ‘absolutely not true,’ sayign Whitney ‘chastised me at your house,’ as Whitney says Lisa takes, ‘everything as a personal attack.’

Lisa adds, ‘Because I’ve given you grace. Like, there are so many things I sweep under the rug to make sure we’re fine,’ but Whitney says, ‘Same,’ but Lisa fires back, ‘Well, then say what they are right now.’

Whitney says, ‘It’s this. I can’t ever have a conversation with you,’ but Lisa continud, ‘You’re telling me what happened when it’s on camera. I gave her the stuff, and as soon as my arms were free, I hugged you and said to you, “Are you okay?” And you said you don’t wanna talk about it. You gave off the vibe that, like, nothing I was gonna do was gonna be okay.’

Meredith explained, ‘I mean, I think for all of us, we all have different history, we have different experiences. And if someone says they’re hurting, if someone says something was traumatizing or upsetting, perhaps the thing to do is to respect that. And if you don’t understand it, ask questions.’

A viewer asked Angie why she was, ‘so quick to forgive Monica when she was the one spreading the gay rumors about your husband that literally made him cry.’

Angie said, ‘Yeah, I think at the time I was really confused because Monica continued to say, “She’s saying this, she’s saying that,” so in the moment, I was really focused on Meredith being the one. And when I went to the dessert shop, Monica really cried, and you know, I’m a very empathetic person. I felt sorry for her situation with her mom. I think I gave her a lot of grace. So, I went backwards and put it back on Meredith, and that’s also why Lisa was hurt because I think we both really knew where it was stemming from, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and I was wrong,’ as Monica laughed.

Monica explained, ‘I’m laughing because you keep phrasing it as if I started this rumor,’ as Angie insisted that she started it on national television.

‘Yes, I said that. I said I repeated it,’ though Angie says, ‘But you waited for the cameras,’ though Lisa adds, ‘She also told you I didn’t say it to her, and you believed her instead of me.’

‘I think the bottom line is, in hindsight, I regret that I really bought and fell for everything Monica was saying. She’s lied a lot today. She’s lied a lot, you know, last season. So, I’ve learned my lesson. But in the moment I felt sorry for her, and I really felt like she cared about me as a friend, and she never was, so Andy’s right,’ Angie said.

Another viewer asked Angie, ‘how did you feel about Lisa calling you weak and a liar?’

Angie responded, ‘I hated it. It hurt my feelings because Lisa knows that I’m not weak. She’s seen me address and confront some really tough situations. Um, I think Lisa also knows that I’m not a liar. I’ve been very forthright as a friend. I’m a loyal friend. And I think it really takes a lot more strength to hold your composure, to stay quiet and patient and loving and kind to a friend, knowing that they may not have the best response.’

Meredith explained, 'I mean, I think for all of us, we all have different history, we have different experiences. And if someone says they're hurting, if someone says something was traumatizing or upsetting, perhaps the thing to do is to respect that. And if you don't understand it, ask questions'

Monica explained, 'I'm laughing because you keep phrasing it as if I started this rumor,' as Angie insisted that she started it on national television.

Lisa said, ‘I think that for me, I think for me, why I said that is I felt really hurt. I feel like I look extremely stupid arguing with her because I had no idea you guys made up. I had no idea on Greek Easter that she told you Meredith was not the start of the rumor. She said, “It wasn’t Meredith. It was me.” So, I’m going in there, thinking I’m a loyal friend, and I’m being beyond authentic. And you weren’t in the middle of me and Monica, because I said to you, “If you’re good with Monica, then I really shouldn’t have a beef with Monica” because my whole thing is being loyal to you and saying what you said about Shawn was wrong, and I will stand by that every single day. I think it’s a lie, and I think it was wrong. I don’t think you should have ever said it because we all know it’s not true. And and are we friends? Yes. Was I hurt really badly? Absolutely. Because I’m like, how are you in the middle? I’m taking your side.

Angie said, ‘I can see why Lisa felt this way. But the bottom line is, you know, I was very hurt that you were that quick to say I was weak and I was a liar, because you know I’m not any of that. Okay?’

Lisa added, ‘Well, in the moment, you were lying to me because you were withholding things. You were withholding information. Lying by omission.’

Angie responded, ‘Yeah. I watched our conversation. I took accountability. I said there were things I would do different moving forward. I was acknowledging everything I could have done different to grow as a human. Lisa, I felt the conversation was very one-sided. You didn’t really do a lot of self-reflecting in the moment.’

Lisa said, ‘No, because you were saying you were playing both sides. You were not being Monica’s friend, and you weren’t being my friend.’

Meredith says, ‘I just wanna say, the not sharing with Lisa what Monica told you about me had a massive, massive impact on my relationship with Lisa.’

A viewer asked, ‘Whitney, do you stand by your statement that Lisa lacks self-awareness. And makes every situation about herself?

Whitney agreed as Lisa said, ‘Do I get to defend myself?’ Monica just says, ‘Shut up, honestly,’ as Whitney argued that she’s already defended herself.

Lisa said, 'I think that for me, I think for me, why I said that is I felt really hurt. I feel like I look extremely stupid arguing with her because I had no idea you guys made up

Lisa said, ‘I think that for me, I think for me, why I said that is I felt really hurt. I feel like I look extremely stupid arguing with her because I had no idea you guys made up

‘No, I don’t get to defend myself. But I hate when my intentions are so misinterpreted. It’s like I just speak a different language, and I think it’s like…East coast/west Coast.’

Whitney argues, ‘I think that It’s actually when you ignore us after a confrontation. Like, after a confrontation happens, you don’t respond to text, you start, like, creating distance, that’s when it becomes very difficult.’

Lisa admitted, ‘I do do that. Because…yes. I do do that because I would rather take a step back because, like I told you, I’m a f***ing bulldog.’

Whitney said, ‘But you have to say you’re doing it. But as your friend, can you just say, “I need space. I’ll talk when I’m ready?” Lisa admitted, ‘Yeah, I can do that.’

The reunion pivoted to the ‘rumors and nastiness’ that Angie’s husband Shawn actually sleeps with other men, as they showed a clip package of the rumor.

Whitney was asked why her husband Justin stopped wearing his wedding ring, as she admitted, ‘You know, it was never really about the wedding ring itself. It was more about the pressure I was feeling of the change in our dynamic, because I actually feel bad.’

‘The wedding ring stopped fitting him. And I wasn’t made aware of that until he showed me that it physically was uncomfortable for him. And, you know, my man is a big man. After that moment, he started wearing it on his necklace,’ Whitney said.

When asked how they’re doing, Whitney said, ‘We’re doing much better. Much better. I think that– we’ve been married for 14 years. 14 years is a long time. Ups and downs. And if you look at everything that I’ve brought, just in my own trauma into the marriage, it’s–Justin is an incredible human being. And therapy’s helped a lot.’

When asked how Angie, Shawn and their child Elektra were doing after the episode aired, Angie said they’re, ‘doing great.’

‘There’s a couple weeks in there where you’re hearing about it on the internet, you’re hearing about it in your business because, you know, someone felt like they should drop that on national television,’ Angie said.

Andy asked, ‘You had never heard this rumor before?’ as Angie said, ‘No, and I’m gonna be really clear ’cause I feel like there was a lot of confusion. 30 years ago when Shawn and I first met, people would say, “Ooh, that guy’s hot,” or “He has nice legs” while he’s doing hair. “Is he gay?” “No, that’s his wife over there.”

‘Once it was established that we were a couple in Salt Lake City, it wasn’t brought up, right? So, to have this suddenly, 30 years later, that there’s men bragging about the sex, Shawn f***s men, this has never come up until this rat came out of the sewer, and here it is,’ Angie said, referring to Monica.

Monica laughs and claims she was never mean to her during filming but many of the other women say that she was.

Monica asks Angie, ‘How is that different than you telling her she lays on her back and spreads her legs, but I’m evil?’

Angie explains, ‘Meredith didn’t pretend to be my friend. That’s the difference. You pretended to be my friend.’

When Lisa was asked if she brought up the ‘rumors and nastiness’ to Lisa and Whitney to get someone to talk about it on camera, Lisa denied it.

‘In front of Lisa, I was having a reaction to Angie’s behavior towards me after I’d been heavily provoked, had a couple of drinks, and had some other very heavy things on my mind,’ Meredith said.

Angie responds, ‘Based on what Monica repeated, you were threatening rumors that were about my husband’s sexuality. It’s not right to do this to people with families, with small children, with businesses. I am a pillar in the community in Salt Lake City, and I have always had a really incredible reputation.’

Meredith hits back, ‘At the minimum, you called me a fraud. I have multiple personality disorder. I’m a lying bitch. You criticized my marriage. You criticized my business. You threatened to take a hit on my family. You called me a trampoline with eyes,’ which Angie insists, ‘was a compliment.’

Meredith continues reading from a list, that Angie called her, ‘An addict, that I’ve used my son as a pawn to take the heat off me for rumors that I did not spread, that I was going to get fired. -So, that’s why I started rumors about you, that you made me relevant, and you threatened me in the cave. And those are just a few I could think of off the top of my head, as Angie sayd, ‘This is great. I do think I activated you.’

Meredith hits back, ‘I didn’t need your help, Angie. I’ve done pretty fine being relevant on my own without you.’

Angie adds, ‘I didn’t say you had multiple personality disorder. Your voice was changing,’ but Meredith insists, ‘Oh you did. It’s in the press. You did.’

Angie admits, ‘I don’t really truly believe that. It was a joke about you having multiple different voices. And I would rather call you a trampoline with eyes– that means you have nice, tight skin– than say that you’re wrinkly, so I would take that as a compliment.’

Andy adds, ‘Angie, you screamed, “The only one who spreads their legs outside their marriage is you.” What exactly were you referring to?’

Angie adds, ‘Meredith, I’m gonna be honest. Basically, I was told that you and your husband were seeing other people, and that’s why that came out. I’m sorry that I said that. It was basically in response to rumors.’

Meredith says, ‘I think it’s really sad for women to poke and prod at another woman for being honest about marital problems and to try to weaponize that against her at a later date when they’re really happy. I think it’s just sh***y.’

Angie adds, ‘But, Meredith, when you bring up other marriages… so, it just naturally comes back down. That’s how this works. You say one thing, someone else brings up another. It’s like, oh, really? You’re saying this? Well, guess what you said a year ago?’

Meredith adds, ‘Okay, so don’t you wanna do better rather than doing worse?’ as Angie adds, ‘So, we should stay silent when you threaten our marriage?’

Meredith says, ‘If I wanna one up everything you said about me… it will go south really fast. I don’t want to. I wanna be a better person for me.’

Angie adds, ‘Okay. So if I say something, you’re gonna sit there and stay silent? That’s what happens. We all do this. It’s a back and forth,’ as Meredith says, ‘I pretty much did until I lost my temper.’

Another viewer said, ‘Whitney definitely used Monica to be the one to bring the rumor up on camera in her villain era,’ as Andy asks ‘Whitney, how do you respond to that?’

‘It’s absolutely not true. One, this is a very tricky situation because I never knew about the rumors. I did not know what they were. The first time I heard about the rumor was when Lisa came into my room in Palm Springs and said, “Meredith said this about Angie’s family.”

Monica adds, ‘First of all, I just want to start by saying I don’t blame Whitney for what comes out of my mouth. Like, I say what I wanna say. So, I don’t want her to get blamed for that,’ as Whitney said, ‘Thank you for that, Monica.’

Angie adds, ‘I just want to say that Monica was determined for this to come out about me, this alleged story,’ but Monica insists, ‘No, I wasn’t.’

Angie adds, ‘Because she went around to everyone in this group and said there were rumors about me in the first week of filming, when I thought that we were friends. She was determined to come on national television.’

Monica interrupts, ‘I literally did not ever tell Whitney that rumor,’ but Monica says, ‘I’m talking! Keep your big mouth shut. This is my marriage. You have no respect for love and marriage. So you need to zip it.’

Monica says, ‘Finally made it four seasons later,’ but Angie says, ‘B***h, I deserve to be here. Your f***ing Range Rover under a f***ing carport. You’re spending your kids’ money on a f***ing purse. You’re irresponsible and you’re sending a bad message to your daughters,’ which set Monica off.

‘Are you insane? . Keep my f***ing kids out of your f***ing mouth. F** off, bitch,’ Monica says, as Angie retorts, ‘You talked about mine,’ as Part 1 of the reunion comes to an end.
