Abby Lee Miller has issued a stern warning to jailed reality TV star Todd Chrisley, reminding him that he will be ‘humiliated’ behind bars because of his celebrity status and could have his privileges removed if he continues to speak out about his living conditions.

The Dance Moms choreographer, 58, spent one year and one day in federal prison in 2017 after being indicted on 20 counts of fraud – and now she is making it known that television personality Todd, 54, could endure a tougher ride than his fellow inmates.

‘They going to get you. They’re going to find a way to humiliate you further,’ she told DailyMail.com exclusively of prison guards.

‘They’re going to find a way to take your privileges away. They’re going to find a way to just make it worse than it is for everyone else.’

Todd and his wife Julie Chrisley, 50, were convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud in 2022.

The couple were both sent to prison in January 2023.

After having their sentences reduced in September, Julie is now serving five and a half years in Federal Medical Center Lexington, while Todd is serving 10 years in a federal prison in Pensacola, Florida.

Last month, Todd’s family said they were fearing for his life after he accused guards of ‘starving’ inmates and serving out of date food during an interview with NewsNation.

He also claimed rats and squirrels have been found in the food storage facility, and said a dead cat once dropped into food supplies from a ceiling riddled with mold, something that was categorically denied by a prison source.

Addressing his allegations, Abby added: ‘I think he’s trying to get the word out about the conditions he’s living in and that’s going to get to somebody upstairs in the prison, The Bureau of Prisons.’

But, when asked whether she supports Todd speaking out, she replied: ‘Absolutely.’

‘The prisoners are probably thrilled that he told everyone that [cat] fell on them,’ she added. ‘It’s the guards. Go Todd.’

Earlier this week, Todd and Julie’s daughter Savannah Chrisley claimed her father is facing ‘retaliation’ for speaking out about the ‘awful, deplorable’ prison conditions – and has had drugs and cellphones planted in his cell.

‘The retaliation is real,’ Savannah, 26, told NewsNation’s National Correspondent Brian Entin.

‘It is heartbreaking for me to watch as his daughter, but they have even gone to the extent of stating that they will try to ship him to a state facility because our federal institutions cannot guarantee his safety.’

Savannah said prison staff would have to ‘find something he’s in violation of’ to send him elsewhere.

‘So, I have heard they’re going to the extent of planting cellphones, drugs, going through his lockers, so that they can send him to a facility and truly behind bars,’ she said.

In her exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Abby also shared insight into her own experience of life behind bars.

‘Our place was clean,’ she said. ‘The women had the jobs, so the women clean the bathrooms there. My fellow prison inmate, women were the plumbers, the welders, the electrician.

‘We had the best heat, we had the best air conditioning. I have never had water pressure and shower like I had in prison.

‘I never had a shower like that for the wheelchair it would be amazing. It was wide. It was very private.

‘You had it’s like dressing area first and then the shower happened like it was deep.

‘There was no time limit. You could be in the shower for an hour if you wanted to. Didn’t matter. The bathroom was huge. That was great.’
