A social media star who’s addicted to plastic surgery has unveiled the results of her latest procedure.
Mary Magdalene, 31, was left with an ‘alien uniboob’ earlier this year after one of her size-38J breast implants exploded in her chest.
She fixed it by getting smaller implants put in, but has now had much larger 1000cc implants installed in her chest.
The new implants contain expanders, which is a small port in the side of the implants that allow them to be filled with saline via a needle.
Many women with expanders choose to fill their implants themselves at home, increasing the size bit by bit over time until they reach enormous proportions.

Opting to go under the knife yet again to get new implants, Mary explained on X that she wanted to get her nipples symmetrical and was excited to continue expanding her new breasts to epic dimensions.
‘My surgery went great!! My nipples are finally centered!!! Went from 900cc silicone implants to 1000cc expanders which I will be filling safely every couple of months until I get to my desired size,’ she said.
‘I have had multiple lifts this year so I probably will have to fill less than before per session to be safe and I’m super ok with that!’ she continued.
‘Last time I was rushing and all about SIZE not aesthetics. This time I’m going to treat my body with more care and I am focusing more on the perfect ROUND bolt-on shape vs just size.’

In a follow up post, Mary reflected on her personal plastic surgery journey.
‘Reducing has been a rollercoaster but had I not done that I would not have been able to achieve symmetry. It took me so many breast surgeries to fix my nipple placement so I am feeling really excited for my new big titty journey.’
Mary’s new outlook comes less than a year after she vowed to reverse her surgeries and return to a more natural look.
At the time, the Canadian model said that her exploding implant was a ‘sign’ for her to finally turn away from the surgeon’s scalpel once and for all.
‘I’m going to go back natural in not only my boobs but other parts of my body, too,’ she told her followers at the time.

In another post, the OnlyFans performer admitted that she’d been ‘trapped in a never-ending cycle’ of plastic surgery and was constantly going under the knife to fix botched procedures.
‘It’s not a fun little adventure anymore, it’s just draining in every possible way,’ she said.
‘My time gets drained, my bank account, my energy, my health. And in the long run, you just kind of end up digging yourself into a really expensive time-consuming hole.’
Mary had her first boob job at age 21 in Mexico by a local dentist, which was botched.
Over the years, her surgeries have included a brow lift, fat transfers, multiple nose and boob jobs, veneers, liposuction, BBLs on top of butt implants, porcelain veneers and more.

Some of her surgeries almost killed her, including a dangerous procedure to ‘inflate’ her vagina so she could break the Guinness World Record for the world’s ‘fattest vagina’.
As many of her surgeries were illegal, Mary travelled all over the world from Colombia to Russia to get different procedures done.
She almost died multiple times and at one point her buttocks started ‘rotting’ after she had illegal butt injections, which she sealed with superglue.
