alert-–-ferne-mccann-reveals-she-wants-more-children-with-fiance-lorri-haines-and-says-baby-finty-was-‘the-glue’-that-cemented-them-as-a-familyAlert – Ferne McCann reveals she wants more children with fiancé Lorri Haines and says baby Finty was ‘the glue’ that cemented them as a family

Ferne McCann has revealed she would like to have more children with fiancé Lorri Haines after baby Finty cemented them as a family.

The Only Way Is Essex star, 33, and partner Lorri, 33, share Finty together, but Sunday, six, is from Ferne’s relationship with acid attack criminal Arthur Collins.

Looking to the future, Ferne said she definitely wants to have more children and joked about having as many as 10 kids.

Ferne exclusively told : ‘I Think about this all the time. If you were to ask me four months ago when I was fresh in the newborn stage and still riding high from my birth – which was unbelievable with Finty – I would have been like yes, I want 10 more.

‘But as Finty is getting older, she’s more animated and giving more back, so I just really want to enjoy her. Like I feel so proud of Finty.

‘And I think if we were to have another right now, well life is chaotic as it is. We’re very busy. I’m not saying never, because I would love to have more children, but I think that for now I’m good, but I’m not ruling it out.’

Ferne concluded: ‘I do see myself with like four or five kids.’

Speaking about becoming a blended family, Ferne went on to tell : ‘For years I was a single parent with Sunday, which I absolutely loved.

‘I look back at that chapter in my life with such loving warm memories, like our bond is so unique and so tight that naturally it was going to be a big change for us.

‘When meeting Laurie, we were really fast paced and fell in love, but we knew that having children would take a little bit more time. So, it has taken nearly two years to really blend the families. And of course, like any relationship, it takes work.

‘But I feel like for the first time in those two years, we are very much in our groove, like we are a team now and I love our family dynamic.

‘If I’m honest though, it hasn’t been smooth sailing but like any relationship you have to work at it and put effort in.

‘Finty really just has been like the glue and cemented us as a family.’

As part of its One Roof, One Christmas campaign, One4all Gift Cards has surveyed 1,009 UK adults, uncovering 74 per cent of people revealing they’re happy to embrace new traditions or guests for the day.

Ferne added: ‘Every year our Christmas morning begins with a tradition that we’ve always stuck to – the whole family has to wait until after breakfast before we can open presents!

‘As it’s Finty’s first Christmas, we’ll be introducing a new tradition to our festivities. I love the old-fashioned traditions and making Christmas about the people who are in your life all year round.

‘So, I’ll be hosting a little Christmas carol get together in my home on Christmas morning, with family, friends and neighbours. It’s a lovely way to bring everyone together on this special day.’
