Legendary actress Shirley MacLaine appeared in good spirits as she enjoyed lunch with a friend at Kristy’s in Malibu on Friday afternoon, just two months after receiving the lifetime achievement award at the 2023 Industry Dance Awards.

While dining at the celebrity hotspot, overlooking Zuma Beach, the Oscar winner, 89, had some pep in her step as she sat outside and chatted with her pal.

This marks the Terms of Endearment star’s second trip to the popular restaurant in Malibu, where she resides when not at her ranch near Santa Fe, in less than a week.

For the laid-back outing, the mother-of-one sported a pair of oversized brown shades, which shielded her blue eyes from the sun, a purple ‘Malibu’ sweatshirt, dark-wash jeans and red loafers.

Her latest sighting comes after the television and film star was honored at the 2023 Industry Dance Awards & Cancer Benefit Show.

While MacLaine, who will turn 90 in April, requires a health aide these days, she has not shied away from industry events or red carpets.

She was seen beaming on the red carpet at the October 19 event, where she looked as stylish as ever in a floral embroidered black blazer, black slacks, and black flats.

With a deep-rooted history in dance, MacLaine received the Lifetime Achievement Award during the ceremony, which was presented to her by actress Annette Bening, 65.

The two are actually sisters-in-law, with Bening being married to to MacLaine’s brother, fellow Hollywood star Warren Beatty, 86.

After posing solo for photographers, she also snuggled up with Bening for another round of pictures, and again with Peter Levine, who appeared to be her date for the evening.

MacLaine’s career onscreen spans over seven decades, winning her first Oscar in 1984 for her starring role in Terms of Endearment.

With hopes of being a ballerina, MacLaine (born Shirley MacLean Beaty) began with ballet when she was just three-years-old in 1937, as a means to strengthen her weak ankles.
