This is the shocking moment watch robbers tackled a married couple and stole the husband’s £28,000 Rolex Yacht Master in a brutal attack in London.

A man, in his 50s, had been out for an evening with his wife when two thugs approached them from behind on Frognal Way in Camden.

Dramatic footage released by police shows the wife being pushed to the ground before she crashes onto her back, while two men hold down her husband to rip away his watch.

The robbers can then be seen running away in the direction of Frognal Road while the couple are left to pick themselves up.

Officers were called to the robbery just before 7pm on September 13 after a member of the public called the police. The area was searched but the men were not found.

‘I’m keen to hear from anyone who can identify the two men. I also want to hear from any jewellers or pawnbrokers who might have been offered the watch for sale.’
