And Just Like That actor Chris Noth appeared to take sides in the long-running feud on Thursday, as he was the only one from the Sex And The City franchise to wish Kim a happy birthday.

Kim was reportedly paid $1 million to briefly renew her role as PR mogul Samantha Jones for a 70-second cameo in the season two finale of AJLT.
She agreed only after negotiating directly with HBO Max chairman and CEO Casey Bloys.
In June 2023, she appeared on The View and said, ‘It’s very interesting to get a call from the head of HBO saying, “What can we do?” and I went, “Hmm, let me get creative.”

‘And one of those things was to get [costume designer] Pat Field back because I just thought that if I’m going to come back, I gotta come back with that Samantha style. I gotta push it. And we did!’
It comes after fans voiced their dissatisfaction with the characters and plot lines in the final AJLT episodes.
Viewers were left particularly furious following episode eight, and accused the show’s main characters of competing for ‘biggest dummy.’
The episode, called Happily Ever After, saw Carrie reunite with boyfriend Aidan Shaw (John Corbett), and Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) nearly relapse on alcohol.
The divisive show sparked controversy with several plot points, including Miranda cheating on husband Steve (David Eigenberg) with non-binary comic Che Diaz, and Carrie claiming ‘love of her life’ Mr. Big was a ‘mistake.’
The previous episode dropped hints about Carrie’s ending, following her final split from Aidan, and the end of her fling with her neighbor Duncan (Jonathan Cake).
In the finale, Carrie realizes that she may end up being single for good.
