A Florida beauty pageant winner claims her relationship with Republican Cory Mills went awry and that he has since intimidated her and threatened to release her nude videos.
Lindsey Langston, 25, the winner of Miss United States 2024 claimed in a July 14 sheriff’s report obtained by the Daily Mail that Mills, 45, also has threatened to harm any of her future partners.
Langston, a Florida Republican state committee member, filed the allegations with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Department.
Steven Khachigan, a spokesman for the department, told the Daily Mail those claims were later shared with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for further review.
Langston told the authorities that she and Mills were in a romantic relationship spanning from November 2021 to February 2025, and that she lived at his home in New Smyrna Beach during that duration.
Mills, she said, told her that he was soon to be divorced, and that’s why she agreed to move in. It is unclear if the lawmaker’s marriage to Rana Al Saadi has ended officially.
But Langston left Mills once she saw reports that he had another girlfriend, she told authorities.
‘Since February 20th of 2025, Cory has contacted Lindsey numerous times on numerous different accounts threatening to release nude images and videos of her, to include recorded videos of her and Cory engaging in sexual acts,’ the report states.
‘Lindsey also provided text messages and Instagram messages between her and Cory, which consisted of Cory threatening to harm any men Lindsey intended to date in the future,’ it continued.
Mills pushed back in a statement to the Daily Mail.
‘These claims are false and misrepresent the nature of my interactions,’ Mills said.
‘I have always conducted myself with integrity, both personally and in service to Florida’s 7th District.
‘Out of respect for the legal process, I won’t comment further at this time. My team and I will fully cooperate to ensure the truth is made clear. I remain focused on serving my constituents and advancing America First policies.’
A spokesperson for the congressman blamed Mills’s political opponents for a ‘political attack’ meant ‘to score political headlines.’
According to the sheriff’s report, the lawmaker’s last message to Langston, sent on June 12, 2025, read ‘I hope you hold your crown until the end.’
Langston claimed she finally decided to leave Mills after years once she saw media reports indicating he was in a domestic incident with his ‘girlfriend.’
The Daily Mail reported in February that the lawmaker was under investigation for a domestic assault after the police were called to his residence in Washington, D.C.
Sarah Raviani, a co-founder of Iranians for Trump, phoned the police after ‘(Her significant other for over a year) grabbed her, shoved her, and pushed her out of the door’ of his apartment, a copy of the initial incident report obtained by NBC claims.
Raviani showed ‘bruises on her arm which appeared fresh’, the report stated, in addition to claiming that Mills instructed her to lie to authorities about what took place.
‘Officers [heard] Subject 1 [now identified by MPD as Mills] instruct her to lie about the origin of her bruises,’ it stated.
Police also allegedly told Mills he would be placed under arrest, but after Raviani changed her story, no arrest took place and no charges have been filed.
A new version of the police report was created within days, saying the incident was a family disturbance and there was no cause for arrest, according to the report. Both Mills and Raviani deny any wrongdoing.
Raviani told the Daily Mail in a statement earlier this year: ‘Regarding the police call, I’ve confirmed multiple times and I’ll confirm again, no assault took place.’
That dispute occurred at Mills’s penthouse apartment in D.C., a residence that has tried to evict the congressman over unpaid dues.
The property manager claims that the sophomore lawmaker owes over $85,000 in rent, according to local court filings first reported by journalist Roger Sollenberger.
Documents from D.C.’s superior court show that the Republican has failed to pay his $20,000 per month rent on time, and in some cases, missed certain payments altogether.
Mills’ office did not respond to the Daily Mail’s request for comment. The congressman did, however, speak to Sollenberger, telling him the link to pay his rent was broken, the journalist wrote on X.
According to a ledger of rent payments obtained by the journalist, Mills has been late on rent 18 times, including not paying rent at all in certain months.
He has also paid back some of the missing months, though he still owes the property $85,000 for ‘total rent due’ from March 2025 to July 2025, according to the court documents.
Mills has said that his payment portal for the building was faulty, resulting in the late payments.
