Amanda Holden has revealed her secret behind always capturing flattering and sexy bikini pictures while sharing the surprising way she keeps her ageless beauty.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 54, regularly shows off her jaw-dropping figure in skimpy bikinis on social media during her sun-soaked holidays.
And now Amanda has shared with her top tips to capture the perfect swimwear snaps to share on social media.
The radio and TV presenter, who is the brand ambassador for Revive Collagen, also shared the one beauty product she has stockpiled because she can’t capture the perfect photo without it.
Speaking from a private suite in the five-star London hotel Claridge’s, Amanda said: ‘There’s a load of things that you put on to look good in a photograph.
‘Fake tan, first of all. I never used to do it and I love the sun obviously, not on my face and hands though, I put the SPF on and all that.

‘But I really do think fake tan makes a difference, if you’re tanned up and you have a good glow you feel better.’
Amanda went on to detail the £48 product she uses to create her glowing tan but said she has been forced to ‘stockpile from eBay’ as it’s no longer on the market.
She continued: ‘I put the Charlotte Tilbury supermodel body glow on and I’ve got one from Revolution actually, which is now not on the market but I’ve got like 12 bottles I bought on eBay because I just needed them because it’s amazing.
‘I put the blur on, the body blur on my knees because that’s like, you need to blur your knees at 54. And the lighting is everything as well.’
Giggling, Amanda revealed she’s been ‘educating’ the BBC cameraman on how to capture her perfect angle as well.
She added: ‘Always now, when I’m filming Alan [Carr] and Amanda, because we’re out in Greece doing a new house and I’ve had to educate the cameramen, it’s not about the light they put on me, it’s about me standing under a tree, so I’m like, do not shoot me in direct sunlight, please.’
The star also added that she ‘always takes bikini pictures at the very start of the holiday’ and noted that the time of day is important before you bloat.

However, when asked about her secrets to keeping her ageless beauty, the star gave a surprising response as she says she ‘doesn’t give a toss much’ anymore.
Laughing, she said: ‘I don’t think there’s any secrets. I think I’ve upset lots of beauty editors today, because I’ve said I use wet wipes to get my makeup off.
‘I drink wine, I love an Aperol, I don’t get enough sleep because I do Heart Breakfast, but obviously I take my Revive College which is brilliant, I’ve taken it for five years.’
Amanda also added that she is ‘just happy in my own skin’, she is ‘confident’ and revealed she believes her looks are ‘genetic’ as her ‘mum looks so good still in her 70s’.
‘And I think it really helps that as I’ve got older I don’t give a toss so much’, she added.
The star also admitted ‘she would always choose her face over her waistline’ as she weighed in on how weight loss jabs can affect stars’ looks, she giggled, ‘I would choose my face over my waist any day’.
‘It is a crazy time for those sort of jabs and things. But I will always choose my a*** over my weight and my boobs. This is where the weight goes’, she laughed while pointing to both areas.
‘When I put on weight, my husband loves the summer holidays because I eat my body weight in cheese when we go to Greece and it goes to my boobs, bum. And he’s like, “yes”.’
She added: ‘I put the blur on, the body blur on my knees because that’s like, you need to blur your knees at 54. And the lighting is everything as well’
However, when asked about her ageless beauty secrets, the BBC star gave a surprising response as she admitted she ‘uses wet wipes to remove makeup, drinks wine, and doesn’t get enough sleep’
She added: ‘We’ve seen some huge differences [with celebrities appearances] at some of the red carpets in Hollywood.
‘I think it’s been very helpful for lots of people, I’m obviously not an advocate of somebody using it if they don’t need to, just because we don’t know what the implications are yet, but I think if people have used it for health reasons and for the right reasons, then it’s great.’
Amanda was in high spirits when she arrived at Claridge’s to speak about her role as brand ambassador for Revive Collagen.
She told how all her famous pals love the brand and she’s even been giving it out even to her postman.
She said: ‘I mean, I’ve got boxes of it in my garage because literally as soon as the front door opens, I’ll give it to the postman. Everyone asks me for it, so all my girlfriends are on it, my mum, my mother-in law and more.

However, she revealed the BGT judge’s close friend Simon Cowell isn’t yet taking the collagen but his partner Lauren Silverman, 47, loves it.
She said: ‘Simon actually isn’t taking it but Lauren’s on Revive. Lauren takes Revive and looks amazing.
‘I think men think it’s not for men and it is for men and I think that the men need to start taking the college in as well because it’s great for hair and it’s great for nails, it’s great for skin.’
