Olympic 800m champion Keely Hodgkinson is in the midst of a break from the track following her hamstring injury in February.

And far from licking her wounds, the 2024 BBC Sports Personality of the Year recipitent, 23, has been sharing life updates on social media.

Keely looked incredible in her latest post, shared with her 536k Instagram followers, in which she sizzled in a tiny Calvin Klein bikini.

Posing while immersing herself in an ice bath, the blonde beauty left little to the imagination in the black triangle bikini with low-slung bottoms.

Far from just focusing on recovery in the ice bath, she was also partying it up at Hide&Seek Festival in Macclesfield with fellow track star Olivia Mason.

Keely looked incredible in the bikini as she proved despite being out of action, she has in no way lost her athletic physique.

Her rippling abs were on full display while she boosted her cleavage in the triangle  bra and showed off her low-slung bottoms, adorned with Calvin Klein on the waist.

Keely and Olivia cemented their VIP status as they shared pictures showing they were on the stage for one of the DJ sets at the event.

Last month it was reported Keely’s first race since the Olympics had been further pushed back after she suffered a setback in her recovery from a hamstring injury.

She was due to run in the Stockholm Diamond League in June, which would have been her first competitive outing since winning 800 metres gold in Paris last August.

However, she pulled out of the meeting in Sweden and, while no timescale has been put on her return, her participation in other upcoming events is also now in doubt.

Keely has been plagued by problems since the Paris Olympics.

A knee issue forced her to prematurely abandon her 2024 season last August, before she tore her hamstring in February, just days before her own Keely Klassic event in Birmingham.

That injury ruled her out of the entire indoor season, including the European and World Championships, and the start of her outdoor campaign has now also been delayed.

In Stockholm, the Atherton athlete was set to run against Ethiopia’s Tsige Duguma and Kenyan Mary Moraa, who won silver and bronze behind her in Paris, as well as British team-mates Georgia Hunter-Bell and Jemma Reekie.

Speaking after receiving her MBE last month, Hodgkinson admitted she was apprehensive about returning to racing.

‘I feel out of practice in a way, because by the time I do race it will be 10 months,’ she said. ‘The first race will be a nerve-wracking one because my last race I literally became Olympic champion.’
