Jennifer Garner put a memorable recent clinch with ex Ben Affleck to the back of her mind this week as she enjoyed a steamy make-out session with partner John Miller.
Pictures obtained by the Daily Mail showed the couple – who have been dating on-off since 2018 – only had eyes for each other as they hugged and passionately kissed in LA.
Actress Garner, 53, was seen whispering in Miller’s ear as they embraced, before staring into his eyes and locking lips.
Garner kept her look casual in a plaid shirt and jeans while businessman Miller, 47, flaunted his ripped frame in a tight tee.
And now, an insider has revealed how Affleck, 52, really feels about his ex-wife – the mother of his three children – very publicly moving on from him.
The source said: ‘Everyone who knows Jen knows how crazy in love she is with John, and neither of them are shy about showing it. Their relationship has had its ups and downs, and in the beginning, Ben wasn’t thrilled with John – he thought John was just a rebound.’

But, the insider added, ‘that attitude has changed.’
‘Ben now respects John and considers him a solid guy,’ the source said. ‘John treats Jen exactly as she deserves and is very close to her kids. The [Affleck] children don’t view [John] as their dad because they know who their father is but they also know John would do anything for their mom and for them.

‘He’s a constant presence, and his relationship with Jen has only grown stronger. They can never keep their hands off each other, their chemistry is off the charts, and she finds him super sexy.

This comes just weeks after bombshell footage of Affleck and Garner – who divorced in 2018 after 13 years of marriage – appeared to show them engaging in an amorous clinch while out paintballing with two of their kids, despite Garner’s long-term relationship.
At the time, another insider suggested to the Daily Mail that Affleck was still not over the split.
The source described Garner as the ‘love of his life’, adding: ‘Ben’s friends truly believe that if Jen and John split, that he would get back together with her in a heartbeat.’

Affleck’s presence in Garner’s life as a co-parent has often raised questions over why she has never remarried.
When Affleck was going through his second divorce – with Jennifer Lopez – last year, he moved out of the $68 million home in Beverly Hills that he’d shared with the singer, and into a $100,000-a-month Brentwood rental where Garner – who lives just two blocks away – regularly visited him.
In August, JLo filed for divorce. Affleck reportedly then spent both Thanksgiving and Christmas with Garner and their children.
But now our insider insists all is well between Garner and Miller.
‘They’re confident in their partnership and don’t need a ring to validate it. While no one would be surprised if they eventually got married, neither of them feels pressured to do so,’ the insider said.
‘One of the biggest advantages is John’s distance from the entertainment industry. He’s a successful and wealthy CEO of [investment company] Cali Group. Hollywood rarely enters their conversations.’
If these new pictures are anything to go by, it seems they really are happier than ever.
