Sophie Monk has weighed in on the Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness divorce drama.
After Deborra-Lee, 69, officially filed for divorce from Hugh, 56, this week, the Hollywood star took a very telling swipe at his ex on social media on Wednesday.
He shared a clip of himself skipping on stage to the sounds of NSYNC’s Bye Bye Bye with the simple caption, ‘FINALLY’, in what appeared to be a pointed reference to the divorce drama.
Sophie, who is filling in for Jackie ‘O’ Henderson on the Kyle & Jackie O radio show, was discussing the drama with Kyle Sandilands on Thursday morning.
The Bachelorette star, 45, admitted to feeling some empathy for Hugh, noting that any public post by a celebrity during a public drama cycle can inadvertently fan the flames.

‘I just feel like I’m paranoid all the time if there’s something in the press, not to provoke it,’ she said.
Her Zombie Plane co-star Kyle admitted to feeling the exact opposite, saying he loved stoking drama.
‘I’m the exact opposite,’ he said. ‘I read it out, argue it, dispute it, threaten people.’
Sophie continued, admitting that she is loathe to start or exacerbate any form of drama.
‘Yeah, but you don’t mind confrontation. I hate it – it’s my worst fear,’ she said.
‘I would just think you would think it through though,’ she added, referring to Hugh’s apparently ill-timed post.
Kyle then suggested that it potentially wasn’t Hugh at all who shared the post, but rather his new girlfriend Sutton Foster, 50.
‘Maybe the new missus made him write it,’ Kyle said. It doesn’t feel like it was Hugh inspired.’

Sophie then suggested that Hugh’s Hollywood A-lister friend Ryan Reynolds may have been behind the post, however Kyle said Ryan and his wife Blake Livley’s legal woes have them otherwise occupied.
‘I think Blake and Ryan have lost all their friends over the carry-on,’ he said.
Hugh’s video, which was posted to his 34.1 million followers, is clearly a reference to Deadpool & Wolverine, the 2024 flick that he filmed with Reynolds which features the NSYNC track.
The Greatest Showman star, 56, took to Instagram on Wednesday to post the clip of him nailing a skipping routine during his show Hugh Jackman Live From New York With Love, which he is performing at Radio City Music Hall.
The video was posted the same day that Deborra-Lee took a swipe at her estranged husband amid the flurry of rumours that he cheated on her with his current girlfriend Sutton Foster.
Following her decision to officially file for divorce from the Les Miserables star two years after announcing their separation, the n actress, 69, addressed her heartbreak in an exclusive statement to DailyMail.com.
‘My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal,’ she said.
‘It’s a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us.

‘This belief has helped me navigate the breakdown of an almost three-decade marriage. I have gained much knowledge and wisdom through this experience. Even when we are presented with apparent adversity, it is leading us to our greatest good, our true purpose.
‘It can hurt, but in the long run, returning to yourself and living within your own integrity, values and boundaries is liberation and freedom.’
She concluded her statement with the ‘one thing’ that she has learned, which is ‘that none of this is personal’.
‘We are all on our individual journeys and I believe that the relationships in our lives are not random,’ she added.
‘We are drawn to people, we invite them in, in order to learn our lessons and to recognise and heal the broken parts of ourselves…I remain grateful.’
