An Oklahoma woman faces second degree murder charges for handing her mother with dementia a gun which the elderly woman used to kill herself.

Jaye Dee Watts, 44, allegedly berated her mother to the point of suicide in September and presented her with the weapon that was used in her death.

Watts is being slammed with multiple charges for the incident – including second degree murder – in relation to her 72-year-old mother Lynda’s suicide.

A ring security camera captured footage of the dramatic moments that led up to Lynda Watts’s death where the mother and daughter appeared to be fighting.

Investigators said Watts can be heard saying, ‘here’s a gun,’ and ‘do with it what you f***ing will b***h,’ in the footage that the security device captured from the shocking moment.

The footage apparently showed Watts telling her mother in her bedroom to ‘take your pill or choke on it and die’.

She hurled other verbally abusive language at her mother before leaving the room and returning with the handgun.

Watts left again for a moment and then came back threatening to lock her mother in the bedroom as she carried a drill – which is when Watts’s mother shot herself twice.

Court documents claim Watts even admitted to investigators that she gave her mother the gun.

Lynda was determined to have ‘died by means of suicide’ in Oklahoma City on September 10 at 7:13 pm.

‘During the investigation, detectives learned the deceased’s daughter, 44-year-old Jaye Dee Watts, intentionally provided a firearm to the victim which prompted the victim to take her own life,’ police said.

After a warrant for her arrest was issued – Watts turned herself in and she was placed in jail in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

The 44-year-old posed for her mugshot in a bright pink T-shift that said: ‘People suck’.

Watts was apparently her elderly mother’s primary caregiver – meaning she presumably had to live and take care of her dementia-suffering parent.

Investigators said Watts told them, ‘it sucks being a 24/7 caregiver.’

It’s unclear if Watts had any other close family members in the picture – but her father Jay David Watts, who she was likely named after, died in 2011 at the age of 58.

According to Watts’s social media account – she works for T & J couture, which is registered online as a ‘domestic limited liability company’ based in Jones, Oklahoma.

Watts has been bonded out of jail for $1 million, according to the New York Post.
