An illegal nightclub stormed by the Drug Enforcement Administration over the weekend had been operating as a prostitution and drug den and was frequented by Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gangs, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Transgender prostitutes worked in what authorities have called a ‘den of iniquity,’ according DailyMail.com law enforcement sources.

Customers were offered a ‘menu of drugs’ while members of US military who were being paid to provide security while crimes happened there or who were patrons, the government said.

An army of 300 federal agents raided an underground party room in Colorado Springs early Sunday morning.

About 200 people were inside, with 114 initially arrested on suspicion of being in the US without permission, the DEA confirmed, however, by Tuesday only 105 were in ICE custody, according to the Denver Post.

A federal agent with knowledge of the investigation revealed transgender sex workers were among them.

Photos released by the agency show multiple scantily clad women and men exiting the club, including one unidentified man in sky-high heels and a figure-baring black bodysuit.

Tren de Aragua, a vicious Venezuelan migrant gang that crossed into the US in 2022, is  believed to be involved in the illegal sex club.

‘The use of transgender prostitutes that goes on with South Americans is pretty high,’ the law enforcement officer who asked not to be named told DailyMail.com.

‘They use transgender prostitutes much more than people realize.’

TdA is known for its brutal trafficking of women and children and anyone else they can successfully exploit for cash.

‘The gangs run these transgender prostitute and make money off them. They even use them beat people up,’ he explained.

The agent added that the South American mob also used transgender escorts in the Aurora, Colorado apartment complex that made the criminal organization a household name in America.

Armed TdA thugs seen storming an apartment unit at the Edge of Lowry in August also employed trans working girls.

‘They had one transgender (person) over there…they were using her to enforce some stuff. She was definitely picking up money on drugs. She was definitely running the other prostitutes.’

Cop sources add that the use of transgender sex workers among the South American gangs is higher than than with criminal organizations in the US or other parts of Latin America– where gay sex is considered much more taboo than in America.

‘For some of these gangs, getting oral sex from a transgender person is not “gay,”‘ the source said.

‘You’re the one receiving oral sex, so you’re in position of power.’

Agents had been surveilling the club for months after locals called police to report shootings outside the club, drug sales and overdoses, according to NewsNation.

‘During the Biden Administration, they received 170 calls to that club alone,’ US Attorney Pam Bondi told Fox News.

‘So what would happen at this club is you would go in. Security would give you a menu of drugs: cocaine, there’s something new called pink cocaine, meth. You could go in a bathroom stall, get that.’

The head of the DEA in Colorado told the network his uncover agents had been inside the club leading up the operation and had witnessed TdA, MS-13 and Hells Angels members inside while drugs and sex were being sold.

The morning of the raid, agents found ‘pink tusi’, or pink cocaine that’s become known as TdA’s ‘calling card.’

‘As you can suspect, when the cops showed up, most of the drugs hit the floor,’ Pullen shared.

‘We did find cocaine. It looks like some pink cocaine, the Tusi, and it looks like a little bit of other drugs. We haven’t had time to test everything, but there were dozens of packages of small drugs recovered so far that I have personally seen.’

Citizens of Chile, Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Venezuela were inside the nightclub, the DEA confirmed.

The other surprise of the raid were the soldiers from nearby Fort Carson who were also present inside.

‘We had over a dozen active-duty security members in the club tonight, either as patrons or working as armed security,’ DEA Special Agent in Charge Jonathan Pullen told reporters at a press conference Sunday morning.

When asked if the soldiers hired to provide security for the venue knew what was happening inside, Pullen told reporters:

‘I think everybody who goes into a nightclub at 3 o’clock in the morning knows what they’re getting into.’

17 soldiers were later confirmed to be inside, according to the Denver Post.

‘We acknowledge that there were some Fort Carson service members present at the location during the operation,’ the spokesperson said in a statement.

‘Each person involved in this incident is presumed innocent until proven guilty. We will look at everyone’s situation on a case-by-case basis.’
