A nurse raped her 15 year-old stepson – then said she did so because the youngster looked just like his lineman dad, it is claimed.
Alexis Von Yates, 34, was overheard making the comparison by her alleged victim after husband Frank walked in on her raping his son in Florida last July.
‘(The victim) overheard the suspect telling (his) father she was sorry, saying the child victim looks like his father when he was younger,’ a police report detailing an interview with the boy said.
Disgustingly, the day after Von Yates is said to have told the boy she did not realize ‘how big’ his privates were, adding: ‘It looked like his father’s penis with younger skin.’
Von Yates was arrested last summer and charged with sexual battery on the boy, who was three years under the Florida age of consent. She was banned from working as a nurse in Florida last week.
In an arrest warrant that outlines the assault in extremely graphic detail, the boy told investigators how Von Yates had begun raping him and that they’d heard the garage door open.
But the boy says they did not stop, with Frank Von Yates then walking in and shouting ‘What the f**k’ is going on?’ at the sight of his wife raping his son, it’s claimed.
He is then said to have begun throwing objects, before branding Von Yates a ‘c***’ and a ‘child predator.’
The boy – who told police he was a virgin when Von Yates attacked him – also claimed she’d made a sordid joke about him watching ‘step-mom pornos’ the week before the attack.
He says he suffered extreme emotional distress as a result of the alleged rape, spends most of his days sleeping, has lost his appetite and feels ‘extremely f***** up.’ The boy says he has since struggled with substance abuse.

Other remarks about her sexual appetite included her saying to him after a gym session ‘I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy’.
The teenager also alleged that Von Yates made sexual references with a can of whipped cream, putting it on her tongue and sticking it out at him.
He said that he had likened it to scenes in pornographic films he had viewed before. She also asked as: ‘Oh you like that?’, as she did so.
As part of his interview the teen also disclosed that he was a virgin at the time, and that he was ‘infatuated’ with his stepmother.
The child had been in Florida on vacation to visit his father over the summer at the time of the incident.
Prior to them having sex, he said they had spent time vaping cannabis oil and playing video games before watching a movie together.
Von Yates is alleged to have started telling the teenager about ‘how horny’ she was after not having sex for two weeks because she had been on her period.
The teen recalled Von Yates wearing white shorts with cupcakes on them and a pink bra at the time.
The teen told investigators that in the week before the alleged incident Von Yates had been making remarks about her being ‘horny’
The teen also disclosed that he was a virgin at the time, and that he was ‘infatuated’ with his stepmother
The teenager described in detail how he started kissing her neck, with Yates allegedly saying: ‘I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough.’
Yates is said to have kicked off her underwear before engaging in oral sex and intercourse without the use of a condom.

The affidavit says that Yates would occasionally say ‘oh f***’ and ‘this is so bad’ during it.
It also describes how they ‘heard something in the garage’ but ‘kept going’ before the boys father walked in.
The teenager said when questioned by his father he refused to tell him what had happened, with Von Yates telling her husband she had asked him to stop.
The boy says he told his dad that wasn’t true and feared he was going to get beaten by his father with a belt, before his dad decided not to.
He was then taken to his grandparents’ house, with his father allegedly telling him on the way that he had ‘ruined his life’.
According to the teen his father had made a stop on the way for a six-pack of beer and was drink driving.
Once at his grandparents home, he said he was discouraged by his grandfather from calling his biological mother to tell her what had happened.
The following day the teen called Yates who then told him that he wished his father hadn’t caught them, the affidavit adds.

In October of last year, the affidavit says that his father eventually put an anonymous tip in about the incident.
An unknown person named ‘Kaylee’ in the documents reached out to the teen, saying his father was willing to protect him ‘if he testify’.
The teenager was informed that his father didn’t want to live with his step-mother any longer.
She was arrested in November on a charge of sexual battery of a minor, according to Ocala News.
According to the arrest report, several of the relatives of the teenager had attempted to discourage him from disclosing to police what had happened.
In court last December she pleaded not guilty, the outlet reported that her trial has been delayed.
Most recently her medical license was suspended, a ruling handed down this week said: ‘Nurses are placed in a position of trust; therefore, it is imperative that they demonstrate good judgment and good moral character.
‘Ms. Yates’ decision to engage in sexual activity with a minor child and/or her decision to allow a child to engage her in oral and penetrative sex indicates that she lacks the good judgment and moral character necessary to be a registered nurse.’
