Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper passed on a hefty brand deal that would have earned her a cool $8 million.
The 30-year-old former Barstool personality — who worked under Dave Portnoy — was a guest on Harry Jowsey’s Boyfriend Material podcast this week, where she was asked, ‘What’s the most money you’ve turned down for a brand deal?’
The blonde beauty, who hails from Pennsylvania, hesitated before humbly revealing the seven-figure amount with a smile.
YouTuber Jowsey, 27, was in disbelief as he replied, ‘No, no it is not. Are you f***ing serious?’
Cooper explained that the offer came in sometime over the past year, but that she didn’t feel it aligned with her.

‘I didn’t believe in putting my face next to it. And I stand by it,’ she said frankly.
‘That’s crazy,’ Harry marveled before Alex defended, ‘I think it’s important to say no to s**t because [otherwise] you just lose your f***ing credibility.’

She added about the contract that was presented to her, ‘And the deliverables of what they wanted out of me — I was just like, “I’m not gonna, like, f***ing sell myself.”‘
Cooper can afford to turn down high-end partnerships due to the massive success of her podcast.
In summer 2021 she signed a three-year deal worth more than $60 million to take her popular Call Her Daddy show exclusively to Spotify.
Barstool Sports had previously been the podcast’s home since 2018, when she was co-host with now-nemesis Sofia Franklyn.
Franklyn quit the podcast in spring 2020 after salary negotiations with Portnoy sparked a bitter feud between her and Cooper.
Alex subsequently signed a solo contract after the Barstool founder offered them $500,000 base salaries plus incentives and the Call Her Daddy intellectual property.

Call Her Daddy was the fifth-most-popular podcast streamed globally on Spotify in 2020, as well as the second-most-popular female-created podcast globally on the platform, per data shared in March 2021.
In 2024 Alex moved on from Spotify in favor of a three-year SiriusXM distribution and advertising partnership, valued somewhere between $100 and $125 million, according to Variety.
The raunchy series, which has evolved with an emphasis on mental health, has a devoted fanbase called Daddy Gang.
Alex covers a range of topics — which, in addition to mental wellness, includes sex, dating, and pop culture.
Famous guests have included Khloe Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, former Playboy Bunny Holly Madison, and latest visitor Penn Badgley.
‘I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported, helped and been a part of Call Her Daddy.
‘From its start three years ago, the show has always been about challenging the status-quo and manifesting conversations that previously only happened behind closed doors,’ Cooper said in a statement after inking her Spotify deal in 2021.
