A London commuter was left stunned when they found themselves sitting across from The Crown star Josh O’Connor.
The actor, 34, who is also known for his role in the film Challengers with Zendaya, petted the woman’s dog as it sniffed around his feet.
The commuter didn’t clock who he was right away though and captioned the video: ‘Random man petting my dog looks weirdly familiar’.
The actor was dressed casually in the clip in a striped green and yellow jumper with blue jeans and tan trainers.
Several people commented on the clip, which was shared on TikTok. One wrote: ‘Sorry I know him from challengers and my mind got excited’.
Others wrote: ‘That dog is your wingman ma’am’… ‘Girl your dog was trying to set you up!!’

Josh was recently confirmed to be in a relationship with Saltburn actress Alison Oliver.
The pair were spotted for the first time together back in November when they went for a stroll in New York City.
He was also reportedly seen walking hand-in-hand with Alison in Bologna earlier that month.
Fans recognised the couple at a film and photography library and posed for selfies, in photos obtained by The Sun.
A source told the publication: ‘Josh and Alison have a lot in common and have enjoyed getting to know each other away from the spotlight.
‘Despite their huge roles, they prefer hanging out in libraries rather than big glamorous events.’
Josh gives little away about his love life, but in 2021 he was known to be dating marketing director Margot Hauer-King.

He’s one of several actors, including Paul Mescal, who have sprung to fame for portraying more nuanced sides of masculinity.
Although Josh put it more bluntly in an interview: ‘I think we’re all still trying to figure out what the f*** is wrong with men.’
His role in the 2017 film God’s Own Country fits into this category. As his character falls in love with a man, he bares more of his soul – and more of his body.
The nudity was no less full- frontal in the romantic drama Mothering Sunday, whose intimate sex scenes raised eyebrows.
Josh explained: ‘I’m pretty comfortable in that situation. We’re all insecure about our bodies, but I love trying to play a character to its total truth.’
