Firefighters are battling a massive three-alarm blaze at a Pennsylvania warehouse for an aerospace supplier.

The fire broke out at around 9.43pm on Monday at the SPS Technologies building in Abington Township, 6ABC reports.

Explosions were also reported inside the warehouse, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The company is a supplier for aerospace fasteners and fittings, which was founded in 1903 as the Standard Pressed Steel Company.

Officials have said everyone inside the building has been accounted for, and no injuries have been reported.

Aerial footage shows large flames consuming the warehouse and reaching up into the sky. Heavy amounts of smoke could also be seen emanating from the roof.

As the fire blares, Abington Township Police and Abington Township’s Ward 6 Commissioner Jeffrey Browne warned nearby residents to stay inside due to the ‘dangerous smoke and air quality concerns.’

Shortly after 11.30pm, a shelter-in-place order was also issued for residents within a half-mile radius.

SEPTA  also suspended a regional line as the fire is burning near Glenside Station.

The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
