Shannon Beador looked glum as she stepped out in Newport Beach on Friday amid her alcoholism recovery and news that her DUI blood alcohol concentration was three times the legal limit on the night of her September 2023 arrest.

The 59-year-old Bravo TV personality — who is focusing on getting healthy — was dressed in a black sweatshirt and black leggings during the solo outing.

On Friday, TMZ reported that the Real Housewives of Orange County star has officially been charged with one count of DUI and one count of hit-and-run. Law enforcement sources told the site her BAC was .24% when she crashed into the side of a house.

Beador’s blonde locks fell over her chest and she set a pair of large black sunglasses on top of her head. She carried a bottle of Essentia water as she walked along a path in black sneakers with white soles.

Still in an arm cast, at one point she sat down as she held her phone to her ear while chatting with someone.

Days ago Beador broke her silence one month to the day after she was arrested for driving under the influence.

She was walking down a residential street with her dog Archie in a clip she posted to Instagram account as she recorded herself delivering a brief message to her 1.3 million followers.

‘I know it’s been a while since I posted, and there’s been a lot of talk about everything that’s happened recently,’ she said of the September 17 incident.

She continued, ‘Unfortunately, right now I’m not in the position to comment; but there will be a time when I can — and I intend to be open, honest, and authentic.’

Beador added that ‘right now I’m focusing on getting healthy, getting back to myself and walking Archie.’

The mother-of-one is in the early stages of recovery amid the fallout of her crash, in which authorities said she hit a house, parked in the middle of a street, and then pretended she was walking her dog.

According to insiders who spoke to TMZ, she has been enrolled in an ‘outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component.’

Beador is looking to ‘help make things right’ in compensating the property owner for the damage caused, the source said, and has said she will pay for any necessary repairs to the home.

Meanwhile, Shannon plans to continue performing with her RHOC colleagues Tamra Judge, 56, and Vicki Gunvalson, 61, in their Tres Amigas comedy shows, which involve alcohol.

The trio recently added a second date to their Phoenix tour stop after selling out the first one. Beador will refrain from ‘drinking onstage’ at the shows, which include a pre-show cocktail party, according to the insider.

The next Tres Amigas show is scheduled for November 16 at the Phoenix comedy venue Stand Up Live! Phoenix, where attendees are required to purchase a minimum of two drinks inside the showroom.

While the situation remains ‘very fresh to her,’ the source told the outlet Beador is focused on receiving professional help in the wake of the incident.
