Donald Trump called Barack Obama ‘a jerk’ on Tuesday night while Obama mercilessly mocked the GOP candidate – reigniting a bitter feud between the two former presidents.

Trump went after Obama at a campaign stop in North Carolina, claiming the Democrat looked ‘exhausted’ and ‘couldn’t care less’ about the country.

‘I think he’s a real jerk because I’ve watched him campaign over the last couple of days,’ Trump said.

‘Over the last couple of days I’ve watched him campaign. What a divider he is. He divides this country. He couldn’t care less, him and his little group of people.’

Meanwhile, Obama took some jabs at Trump for selling sneakers and watches during a rally in Detroit where he rapped onstage after being introduced by Eminem.

‘I mean, who is hawking merch when they’re running for president?’ Obama commented.

‘He’s trying to sell you golden sneakers. He’s trying to sell you a $100,000 watch. Says it’s made in Switzerland, but nobody really knows.’

Throughout his address, Obama continued to take swipes at Trump.

‘It is good to be back in Michigan, good to be back in Motor City,’ the ex-president said. ‘I heard there was another rally here Friday night but it was a little smaller than this one,’ he added, clearly trying to get under Trump’s skin.

Obama continued mocking Trump for selling products during his presidential run.

‘My favorite is the Trump Bible,’ the ex-president said with a laugh, insinuating that it was probably not made in the USA. ‘He’s Mr. Tough Guy on China, except when he can make a few bucks.’

Trump, meanwhile, claimed Obama had no desire to stump for Kamala Harris at all.

‘The reason they’re bringing him out — because he doesn’t even want to do it. I think he’s exhausted. I watched him talk and I think the guy’s exhausted,’ Trump said.

‘He’s looking a little bit older isn’t he. You know? Nothing wrong with that. But he’s exhausted.’

Obama also jabbed Trump for some of his recent antics, including an awkward appearance where he danced to music.

‘He’ll give like two and a half hour speeches. Just a word salad,’ Obama said. ‘You don’t know what the heck he’s saying.’

‘The other day he had a town hall meeting. Now I’ve had a lot of town hall meetings and the point is that you’re supposed to listen and then answer questions from your constituents. About 45 minutes into it, you just say, ‘you know what? I don’t feel like taking questions anymore,’ Obama said. ‘And then he just played music of half an hour.’

‘He’s just up there swaying to Ave Maria and YMCA,’ the ex-president continued.

Obama was referring to a Trump rally at the downtown Huntington Place convention center on Friday night.

Trump’s mic failed for more than 15 minutes and the 80s song ‘Eye of the Tiger’ was played over the PA system.

‘Now I will say our playlist might be better,’ Obama laughed as he addressed the crowd Tuesday.

‘I’d have Lose Yourself on there,’ Obama added, referring to the Eminem classic.

Eminem came onstage and took a subtle swipe at Trump – expressing his support for Democratic nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, and saying she wouldn’t be out for ‘retribution.’

He then made way for Obama, who admitted that he was feeling ‘nervous’ having to follow the Real Slim Shady.

‘I was feeling some kind of way following Eminem,’ Obama said before launching into the rapper’s lyrics.

‘Now I noticed that my palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy, there’s vomit on my sweater already, mom’s spaghetti.’

The audience started screaming when they realized Obama was rapping to Eminem’s 2002 hit, Lose Yourself.

‘I’m nervous but on the surface I was calm and ready. To drop bombs but he keeps on forgetting,’ he said to more screaming, as he mouthed the beat into the microphone.

‘I thought Eminem was going to be performing and I was going to jump out,’ Obama admitted after he wrapped up the rap.

For his part, Eminem sported a khaki ballcap and jacket and gave a low-key introduction after previously accusing Trump of ‘brainwashing’ his supporters and being a ‘racist.’

‘As most of you know, the city of Detroit and the whole state of Michigan mean a lot to me,’ the 8 Mile star said.

‘Going into this election, the spotlight is on us more than ever, and I think it’s important to use your voice, so I’m encouraging everybody to get out and vote, please,’ the rapper said.

‘I also think that people shouldn’t be afraid to express their opinions, and I don’t think anyone wants an America where people are worried about retribution of what people will do if you make your opinion known,’ Eminem continued.

Trump has previously promised to be his supporters’ ‘retribution.’

‘I think Vice President Harris supports a future for this country where these freedoms and many others will be protected and upheld,’ he said. ‘And here to tell you much more about that, President Barack Obama,’ Eminem said to loud cheers.

The two hugged onstage before Eminem departed – with Lose Yourself playing  as the ex-president entered.
