Chris Brown’s accuser has claimed that the singer drugged and raped her during a yacht party outside of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ mansion in Miami four years ago.

The woman – whose identity is only Jane Doe – made the claims against Brown, 35, in an upcoming Investigation Discovery documentary titled Chris Brown: A History Of Violence which airs on Sunday, October 27.

Diddy’s Beverly Hills and Miami homes were notably raided by Homeland Security earlier this year in March during a sex trafficking probe.

After being arrested last month in September, the disgraced rapper is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center where he is ‘sad and lonely.’

Brown’s accuser explained that she had moved to Los Angeles in 2020 to pursue a career in dance, per People. In December of that year, she went to visit Miami with a friend.

While in the city, she had gotten an invite to a party that was taking place on a yacht near Diddy’s Miami mansion.

At the bash, she noticed Chris Brown was also in attendance and wanted to talk to the singer in the hopes that he could ‘maybe be able to help me or guide me or give me some advice.’

She claimed, ‘We had talked, and he had handed me a drink. I’m not even sure…this is when my memory starts getting a little bit weird.’

‘I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just hands me another drink. As I’m standing there, I did start to feel tired and my body was feeling a little heavy.’

The woman then claimed that the Forever singer took her to a bedroom, and stated, ‘I remember I did lay back and I’m like, “Why can’t I get up?”‘

She alleged, ‘Next thing I know he was on top of me and I couldn’t move and I said “No” and then I felt him…next thing I knew he was inside me. I was so disgusted.’

His accuser then claimed that Brown picked up her phone and proceeded to text himself on it.

‘Most girls I think would be happy…I didn’t want that. This is not what I wanted,’ she said.

The woman claimed that following the alleged incident, she had talked to Chris in order to have ‘clarity.’

But after attending therapy, she alleged that she finally was able to understand and come to terms that she had been sexually assaulted.

‘I know it for a fact. Instead of telling myself that it wasn’t. It was. It was rape,’ the woman claimed.

Two years earlier in 2022, Jane Doe claimed that a legal team had reached out to her in attempts to build a case against Brown.

However, a judge had dismissed it ‘without prejudice’ due to ‘lack of prosecution,’ per NBC, and upon discovering texts between the woman and Chris after the alleged incident took place, her lawyers also dropped her.

But one of the attorneys, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, is now representing the woman once again and said, per People, ‘I adore my client and I believe what happened to her is 100% true.’

‘I feel that I failed her as an attorney because I couldn’t make her comfortable enough with me in such a short period of time where she felt 100% comfortable being forthcoming with me.’

The woman stated, ‘Even coming forward as a Jane Doe, some people still found out who I was.’

And in regards to speaking out in the documentary, she added, ‘Coming forward with this now, I just hope I can shed light on what really happened.’

Brown’s attorneys have since denied the accusations – and Ariel Mitchell-Kidd also told Page Six that Diddy had been on the yacht at the time of the alleged incident.

However, the woman seemingly did not accuse Diddy of taking part in the alleged rape.

The woman’s lawyer stated, ‘The yacht was docked behind his house on Star Island. We now believe he may have owned the yacht or chartered it.’

Mitchell-Kidd added, ‘We have not been able to confirm that’s why we did not specify the type of ownership.’

A source close to Diddy told Page Six, ‘These allegations have nothing to do with Diddy at all and have not alleged any wrongdoing against him.’

Combs is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) after his arrest in September and lockup isn’t going well for the disgraced rapper, said prison expert Larry Levine.

Levine, director and founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants, appeared on DailyMail.com’s hit podcast, The Trial of Diddy, where he revealed Combs is getting daily visits from a psych team that’s monitoring his mental health.

‘He’s not really on suicide watch but my inside source there tells me that there is someone coming by to visit with him several times a day, you know, to make sure that he’s okay,’ Levine said.

He added: ‘He’s got somebody from the psychology department coming out to visit with him so it’s like a game that they play with the inmates. Remember, he’s not playing chess. He’s in a cell by himself.’

Combs was arrested on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for purposes of prostitution.

Levine, whose company prepares defendants for prison life and helps them navigate rehab and other prison programs, claims Combs is already getting preferential treatment at the Brooklyn jail.

‘My sources are telling me that [Combs] is getting extra showers a week,’ Levine said. ‘I don’t know how many. It probably varies. They’re giving them extra privileges.’

MDC, known for its horrific conditions and violent incidents, currently houses about 1,200 inmates.

Other infamous criminals, including Jeffrey Epstein, his ‘madam’ and associate Ghislaine Maxwell and R&B singer R. Kelly, have been held at the Brooklyn facility.

There have been numerous deaths at MDC, sparking several civil lawsuits against the jail for wrongful deaths.

This week, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee and other attorneys filed seven new federal civil suits alleging Combs sexually assaulted or raped the claimants in separate incidents between 2000 and 2022.

Two of the anonymous accusers are men and three are women, including one who alleged that Combs drugged and raped her when she was 13-years- old at a VMAs afterparty in 2000.

The Busby law firm represents some 120 alleged victims who the firm announced would file suits against the Bad Boy producer earlier this month.

Meanwhile, Combs’ lawyers are still trying to get him out of jail and filed an appeal to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court after two judges rejected his release on bail. The matter will be discussed at a hearing on November 4.

‘He’s got a lonely existence,’ Levine said of Combs. ‘He’s got a target on his back and you know … it’s fact he’s got too much on too many people.

‘Someone’s going to have to take him out and it’s not going to be the inmates there because they can’t get to him.’
