Shia LaBeouf and his wife Mia Goth stepped out for a rare public outing with their daughter, Isabel, while visiting Descanso Gardens in La Cañada Flintridge.
On Thursday, the couple were seen arriving to the botanical garden, which hosts an annual event, called Carved, where visitors can explore a mile-long trail filled with pumpkins, jack-o’-lanterns and various other Halloween-themed decorations.
The 38-year-old actor carried his little girl on his shoulders while Goth, 31, walked by his side and carried their two-year-old’s pink jacket.
For their laid-back outing, the MaXXXine star was dressed casually in a beige turtleneck, black jacket, light-wash jeans and white sneakers.
Meanwhile, LaBeouf sported a white graphic t-shirt, slacks and tennis shoes.

FKA Twigs' attorneys accuse Shia LaBeouf of trying to delay deposition
Goth and LaBeouf first began dating in December 2012 after meeting on the set of Nymphomaniac: Vol II.
The pair dated for several years before they tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2016, although they went on to split up in 2018.
Shai and Mia reconciled in 2020, and it was revealed that the latter was pregnant with the couple’s child in 2022.
The X star gave birth to Isabel in March of that year.
In June, they squashed split rumors as they were photographed for the first time in six months.
Shia and Mia were not spotted together in public between March 2023 and January 2024, and they have not been seen together since the start of this year.
His sighting comes after FKA Twigs’ attorneys have lashed out at her ex Shia LaBeouf in a new filing.
According to documents obtained by People, attorneys for the 36-year-old English singer–songwriter accused the 38-year-old Megalopolis actor of ‘abusing’ the discovery process and attempting to delay his deposition.

In the filing, Twigs’ attorneys provocatively called LaBeouf an ‘abuser’ due to his alleged attempts to avoid turning over evidence in her lawsuit.
The songstress has accused the actor of ‘relentless’ sexual, physical and emotional abused during their brief relationship.
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for both LaBeouf and FKA Twigs to request comment.
FKA Twigs’ legal team claimed in their filing that LaBeouf ‘abuses his basic discovery obligations in this litigation.’
They accused him of being ‘egregiously evasive and nonresponsive,’ and wrote that he had produced ‘only nine pages’ in the lawsuit.
‘It appears that LaBeouf has something to hide, as LaBeouf has suspiciously claimed he no longer has any other responsive documents in his possession or control, as he lost or misplaced his electronic devices, or destroyed relevant information prior to the initiation of this action,’ the filing reads.
By contrast, attorneys for the singer (real name: Tahliah Debrett Barnett) said she ‘has produced voluminous responsive documents and substantive written responses.’

Her lawyers went on to lambaste LaBeouf for allegedly attempting to slow down the deposition process.
They claimed he had waited until ‘the eleventh hour’ to take care of scheduling concerns, and they said he ‘inexplicably refuses to be deposed first,’ even though there were allegedly ‘multiple agreements’ between LaBeouf and FKA Twigs’ attorneys determine that the two would be deposed in a single week, with the Transformers star going on the record first.
In the filming, FKA Twigs’ attorneys added that it required ‘advance planning’ and was ‘highly disruptive’ for her to schedule an ‘in-person deposition in California,’ as she is a ‘resident of the United Kingdom.’
However, though she may reside in the UK, the singer is regularly spotted spending time in the United State multiple times per year, particularly in Los Angeles and New York City.

In a statement to People, LaBeouf’s attorney Shawn Holley said, ‘This dispute concerns whose deposition is to proceed first and nothing more. Ms. Barnett’s counsels’ attempt to turn a very simple issue into something sinister is unfortunate.’
One of FKA Twigs’ attorneys said in a statement to the publication: ‘As stated in our papers, Shia LaBeouf has not only mistreated my client, but continues to abuse the discovery process in this litigation. What does he have to hide? We are seeking the courts intervention to stop his nonsense.’
According to the court filing, the deposition is now rescheduled for October 25, though it’s unclear which of the two parties will be deposed on that date, or if both will give their depositions on the same day.
The former couple were first linked in 2018, the same year that they filmed the semi-autobiographical film Honey Boy.

LaBeouf starred in the film as a fictionalized version of his father, who was presented as an abusive and neglectful parent obsessed with making his child a star in order to live off his fame.
FKA Twigs appeared in a small supporting role as an older woman who befriends and becomes an object of desire for LaBeouf’s young stand in (played as a child by Noah Jupe and as a young adult by Lucas Hedges).
LaBeouf wrote the screenplay for the film, while Alma Har’el directed, but the writer and star later said that the film was not autobiographical, and he claimed to have invented many of the most sordid details about his father’s behavior.

The star and FKA Twigs would later break up in 2019, and in December of 2020 she filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing him of sexual, physical and emotional abuse, along with knowingly giving her a sexually transmitted disease.
LaBeouf has denied all of FKA Twigs’ allegations.
