The charges against Angie Harmon’s daughter, Avery Sehorn, were dropped on Friday.
This comes four months after the 19-year-old was arrested on allegations that she broke into a nightclub and stole around $500 of liquor.
Due to ‘insufficient evidence,’ per People, the charges of felony breaking and entering as well as larceny from June was dropped as a voluntary dismissal on Thursday.
The following day, the probable cause hearing was cancelled after the case was disposed and charges were dismissed.
George V. Laughrun, the attorney representing the Law and Order alum’s daughter, said in a statement: ‘After careful consideration, and almost four months of investigation, the district attorney filed that the state has insufficient evidence to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt.’

Additionally, the attorney stated that Sehorn was ”pleased that the charges were dropped’ and ‘is excited to get on with her life.’
On June 5, Sehorn was arrested and accused of breaking into World Nightclub in Charlotte, North Carolina with two teenage boys, both 17, to steal alcohol.
The college student was arrested after midnight shortly after the incident but later released without bail.
The club owner claimed that she stole six bottles of liquor totaling $500, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
The owner also told the local news station, WCCB, that the teens reportedly broken in through the back door and hid behind the bar to steal the liquor.
They allegedly ran after they were caught by cleaning crews but were later stopped and arrested by the police.
The whole incident was reportedly caught on security cameras.
