Scandal-hit rapper smiles and breaks silence in public for first time since FBI sex trafficking raids on his LA and Miami mansions

Embattled rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs broke his silence on Friday night as he was seen out and about in Miami for the second time in two nights.

The 54-year-old smiled at the camera as fitness trainer and life coach Wes Watson ran into him at at local restaurant.

‘Down here at Pura Vida by my pad – ran into the man right here!’ Watson told his more than one million followers.

‘Yo! Whassup!’ Diddy said as he saluted the camera and flashed an ‘L’ with his fingers for ‘love’.

‘Miami’s like that. It’s a movie’, Watson went on. ‘I mean, crazy coincidence?’ he added.

Diddy looked particularly relaxed dressed in a baggy black t-shirt and matching shorts and sunglasses.

He looked to be in-line to grab a bite and a drink eat at the trendy eatery, following the raids on his West and East coast mansions this week.

Diddy has not been lying low since Monday’s bi-coastal raid on his homes.

On Thursday night, he was seen taking his twin daughters to a Miami golf club.

The rapper flashed a peace sign as he walked with his girls Jessie and D’Lila, 17, after playing for two hours.

Diddy appears to be putting on a brave face after mansions in Los Angeles and Miami were raided as part of a sex-trafficking investigation.

Along with a heavy presence of officers, command trucks were seen parked outside both properties.

Local television images on Monday showed officers carrying rifles outside Combs’ LA home.

Authorities detained his sons, Justin and Christian ‘King’ Combs and bound their hands with zip ties.

Combs cooperated with authorities and neither he nor any family members have been arrested or had their travel restricted.

Homeland Security has not detailed what it is investigating with regard to Combs.

The agency has broad jurisdiction to probe the illegal movement of people, goods, money, technology and contraband into, out of and throughout the United States, including sex trafficking.

Photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com this week showed his Florida home torn to pieces in similar fashion as law enforcement hunted for evidence.

On Tuesday, he claimed he was the victim of a ‘witch hunt’ and slammed Homeland Security for ‘gross overuse of military-level force.

The criminal investigation is a major escalation in the scrutiny of Combs, who has been the defendant in several sexual abuse lawsuits in recent months.

In a lawsuit Combs settled the day after it was filed in November, his former protégé and girlfriend, the R&B singer Cassie, sued him alleging years of sexual abuse, including rape.

The lawsuit said he forced her to have sex with male prostitutes while he filmed them.

In February, a music producer filed a lawsuit alleging Combs coerced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them.

Another of Combs’ accusers was a woman who said the rap producer raped her two decades ago when she was 17.

Combs and his attorneys have denied all of the lawsuits’ allegations.
