Former President Donald Trump said Saturday he had spoken with Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli prime minister is not listening to President Joe Biden.

Trump made the comments in front of a partisan rally crowd during a passage where he promised to restore the nation to a position of international influence and respect.

His words come at a time when Netanyahu stands at a crossroads: Launch fire and fury on Iran and its allies or use the recent killing of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar to declare victory and deescalate.

‘Bibi called me today and he said, it’s incredible. what’s happened, they said it’s pretty incredible. but he wouldn’t listen to Biden, because if he did, they wouldn’t be in this position,’ he told thousands of supporters in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, using a nickname for the Israeli leader.

‘And I tell you what, they’re in a much stronger position now than they were three months ago, that’s for sure.’

It suggests that Netanyahu is intent on forging on alone.

The Israeli prime minister’s office confirmed that he had spoken to Trump soon after a Hezbollah drone attack on his home.

‘The proxies of Iran who today tried to assassinate me and my wife made a bitter mistake,’ said Netanyahu.

It marks a period of heightened tensions in the region, with Israeli officials condemning Iran and the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.

The world is waiting for Israel expected response to an attack earlier this month by Iran

Trump is spending Saturday and Sunday in Pennsylvania ahead of Monday’s deadline for voter registration.

He will man a fry counter at a McDonald’s branch near Philadelphia on Sunday before attending a Pittsburgh Steelers game in the evening.

‘If we win Pennsylvania we win the whole damn thing,’ he told several thousand supporters at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

His speech contained all his greatest hits: Exaggerated crowd size, complaints about a ‘weaponized’ justice system, and a promise to tell Vice President Kamala Harris, ‘You’re fired.’

The main message, however, was to encourage supporters to get out to vote early, beating Democrats at their own game.

‘Early voting in Pennsylvania is now under way, Just go and vote,’ he said. ‘If you’ve not registered to vote you’ve got two days.’

He told his crowd that their vote will decide, ‘whether we give up on America, or whether we save America.’

And he promised them a ‘new golden age.’

‘One hundred years from now, the presidential election of 2024 will be looked upon as America’s greatest victory,’ he said. ‘We have been through so much together, and the finish line is finally in sight.’
